I arrived at therapy on the rocks after suffering for nearly a year from extreme tightness in my hands and feet. I originally signed up for 3 weeks and I wound up extending my stay to 5 weeks because the level of care it's extraordinary. The therapists and staff are highly competent and very compassionate. They really listen to your needs and concerns and work with you to identify the issues causing you pain and discomfort. They work hard to teach you the various skills and tools you will need to continue to care for yourself going forward. My life has significantly improved since I put my trust in their hands. I will definitely be returning in the future and I am grateful for how much better I feel after using the services.

A true healing place. I came from out of town and only had time for one session or would have booked more. True MFR is performed here, where the therapist help you to let go. I definitely recommend!

Masterful, safe, supportive, most holistic and effective approach to healing I’ve ever encountered. I’ve received a lot of bodywork for almost 25 years now. An intensive here truly feels life-changing. I’m breathing, sleeping, and digesting so much better! I can move without pain and I feel more myself and joyful than I have in years. I deeply appreciate how the therapists I got to work with (Rob, Kathy, Denise) all met me exactly where I was at, and supported me in such a beautiful way! The 1-2 star folks writing a review here all sound incredibly uptight, and some haven’t even received treatment!

Therapy on the Rocks is where I go when I am most in need of help! It amazes me what I learn from the repetition of feeling and softening. Letting awareness seep in. Day after day. Hour after hour. The gentleness with which the therapists at Therapy on the Rocks approach painful and sensitive things...the compassion with which they hold space for me through things I feel are most ugly and messy and hurtful and inappropriate. .. It is impossible to not see my own beliefs. That I don't need gentleness. That I don't deserve compassion. That love has to be earned. That I am not worth the time, attention, or concern of others. It has been a long time, if ever, that I have felt safe, completely safe, in my own body. Especially in the presence of others. Especially with someone touching me. Especially when I feel exposed. In any way. I am getting a lot of repetition with what that feels like in the 2 weeks I've spent here receiving treatment. Getting a lot of repetition feeling safe to explore what it's like to feel unsafe. And what feels unsafe to explore.

An AMAZING place to experience true authentic healing! The entire staff here is extremely skilled, kind & professional. They've helped me with various chronic pain issues. I highly recommend Therapy on the Rocks to everyone! Definitely a place I return to every time I'm in Sedona.

These people are very grumpy. They yell at me when I swim quietly in the creek under their house. This is PUBLIC PROPERTY and I am not being loud. However, they tell me it's private and I have to leave. I will leave a review every time they tell me to leave public property. Why would you want such entitled people to give you healing services? I wouldn't. See you at the creek!

I was skeptical to say the least but my wife was interested so I gave it as shot. I have pretty severe back pain from breaking my back years ago and normally hover around a 5 in pain, I went in today with an 8 after a multi mile hike with 30 pounds of gear yesterday, after the MFR session I walked out at around a 2 which is unreal. Pretty pricy but with constant pain the relief for me was well worth the expense.

A gem in the Sedona area. If you're looking for a place that specializes in myofascial unwinding this is the place. I had some magical moments and beautiful experiences in the two sessions I had with Kathy. Everyone was communicative and friendly. I was so grateful to have found them and never experienced this kind of work. I felt shifts in my body I haven't felt in a long time. I went on to there website and found a few therapist specializing in this kind of work in my area. Looking forward to unwinding my body with this profound type of bodywork. Thank you for the support and kindness in the office. Especially Kathy to seeing me, feeling heard and really holding space for my body to let go.
