The staff are experienced, always welcoming, and truly care about the children they serve. In passing, I have also noticed other kids light up when they meet with the different staff.

I have been working for TMI for over 3 months now and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! The team is very supportive, and goes out of their way to check-in with you to make sure everything is going as smoothly as possible. Although therapists don't see each other daily, we continually stay in touch weekly through phone conversations or meetings (both online and in-person). I worked at Therapy Matters for nearly a year. This is one of the best companies I have worked for! I definitely felt appreciated, supported, and was acknowledged for the work I was doing. As a therapist, that really meant a lot. Anytime I had a concern or question, someone from the admin team would get back to me in a timely manner. Team meetings were productive and gave me an opportunity to meet other therapists and share ideas. I worked with amazing clients and families and could actually focus on providing therapy instead of focusing on all the other administrative tasks. I’m very sad I had to move away. I can tell this company works hard to identify and help alleviate some of the common issues therapists face in the workplace. It’s refreshing to know that companies like this exist.
