I want to start off by saying how happy and pleased I am with the service I been getting with Ms Vanessa online. My son is nonverbal and has session with Ms Vanessa twice a week and I’m noticing a big difference with him, trying to use his words now. She has so much patience for my son especially having his sessions online. He does have his days where he does amazing and others where he doesn’t want to participate but Ms Vanessa always seems to have a smile on her face and keeps trying, no matter what the situation is. Thank you Therapy Lounge for having an amazing staff who LOVE their job 🥰

My son is a client of TLC and we are very happy with the service we receive. Our therapist Vanessa is AMAZING! She is wonderful at engaging with my son even on days he not in the best mood. He's shown lots of progress in the short time we've worked with Vanessa. Very thankful for her and for TLC ❤️

Therapist Vanessa is stellar when it comes to doing zoom therapy sessions with my son. She is patient, compassionate and does amazing in this field of work. She always does her best to accommodate my schedule and goes above and beyond for her students. Thank you for all that you do!!!

Telehealth Services- I can’t appreciate enough of how much help you’ve provided to us. Their has been a big difference in my sons verbal speech. Stevie is the most caring, understanding and comprehensive therapist. She encourages him throughout our sessions. Thank you for all your help!

I absolutely love and appreciate this service immensely, my son is non verbal and since starting online sessions twice a week vía tele-health with Stevie my son has started to make more use of his words and sounds! Some days my son is very cooperative and other days he refuses to participate, but never has Stevie let that deter her from engaging and trying her absolute best to find activities my son will find engaging and fun. She also is giving me tips and tricks to use out of session to better help reinforce what we do in-session. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone whose child needs it, professional and passionate about their work and it really shows!

Telehealth services - our therapist Stevie verdugo is so good with my autistic son and honestly she’s so patient and I really appreciate it . We have good days and we have bad days but overall she always works with him very nicely. He’s always excited to see her via zoom . Thank you Stevie ! 😊

Terrible service. Roni is no help. Gives you the run around and forget getting a call back. They never return calls. NEVER. Was never informed my child's therapist quit and did know he wouldn't have a therautill Jan 2022. Talk about communication. Then they got and stop my child's therapy because I didn't let them know. I showed up and my child had no therapist. Bad customer service.
