Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with this business. My daughter (than 2) now 3, did a first Eval dec 23’. I was advise when auth went through we could schedule 1st appt. I was never called. The scheduling at this business is not flexible for families & is extremely tedious to having to keep calling week after week just to try & get an appt in for that week because they do not schedule more than a week out is what I was advised. I did this for 2 months without getting an appt that fit my families needs. I grew tiresome and let the months pass. I attempted to reach out again in June 24’ and was advised new referral needed. Got it done & had PCP send it in. A person stated they would call me & follow up, never did. Poor customer service here. No urgency & proper follow up with clients. It seems referrals department is lacking organization & staying on top of taking care of their clients needs. I’m done trying.

Therapy Group of Tucson has been a wonderful place to take my son. He has grown so much and communicates so much better with us at home and now at school. His speech therapist, Andrea, is awesome and she worked so hard with him, trying new techniques and approaches to figure out what worked best for him. She always communicated with us after each session about what was worked on and gave us great ideas to work on with him at home. Thank you Therapy Group of Tucson!

Very appreciative of the services they provide for our son. Our therapist Michelle is awesome. Engaged with our child's development and communicates with us after every session. Love it. Kyle the owner is great, as well. He's friendly, willing to listen to the parents, cares so much for the kids and has an amazing attitude. He really cares and you sense that right away. The office staff is professional and accommodating, too. We feel very fortunate.

My son had been receiving both speech and occupational therapies here from sept 2022 to Jan 2024. When the new owners took over, EVERYTHING went down hill. We were forced to stop speech services because my son missed 2 sessions (I was in labor and physically could not take him), the second time the office was notified in advance and they told us his spot was going to be given to someone else and we were to be put back on the 6+ month long waitlist, AGAIN! We were sick of this and decided to just focus on OT. We had gone through a few OT's before getting our permanent one, whom we LOVED and saw so much growth from our son working with her. When she left the practice in January 2024, we were told we would be week to week. Well I called the following week to schedule one and they said they had none and to try again the next week. When I called back they said our authorization had expired and we needed a new referral and pre authorization from insurance. Well they got it and it took them FOUR weeks to call me to schedule something despite me calling them and getting the “we will call you back!” When they did finally call me back they then said my son needed an entirely new evaluation (he did NOT and our ins did NOT require that) and that we would be put on the 6+ month long waitlist otherwise. I told them we would not be going back there because that is ridiculous. (It’s been over a month and they are still hounding me weekly to “get services restarted”) how is it fair to our kids who thrive on routine, to constantly be put on the back burner by this company?! After seeing how they treat their revolving door of speech therapy and occupational therapy assistants we decided to not continue any services with them. We found services through another company and have been MUCH happier there and have seen much more progress and growth in our non speaking level 3 autistic son. I hope this new owner takes a long hard look at themselves and realizes how many families have left due to their ridiculous changes and treatment! This new owner is definitely NOT a “people versus profit” owner. Shameful.

I was really happy with my Son’s speech therapist who we had been going to for over a year but recently Therapy Group of Tucson was bought out by a different company who made many changes driving nearly ALL of their therapists away including my Son’s speech therapist. My son has been on the occupational therapy waitlist for months but now the waitlist is worse since they don’t have enough therapists. I had a friend who worked there and told me the work environment became toxic with the new management, her pay was cut and when she asked the CEO if she could work more hours he told to work Doordash. I refuse to take my Son to a place where 1. They don’t treat their staff well and 2. Where I have to be calling every single day to see if they have a cancellation so my son can continue his speech therapy. I recommend you save your time, energy, resources and look for a better place for services.

I just absolutely love this place. Let me tell you, it's worth the wait!!! Everyone here is so friendly and always smiling!!! The front ladies are just the sweetest. I walk in and they give me a thumbs up ( we are checked in). My son sees a wonderful speech therapist named Brianna and when she comes out to get him he just lights up and runs to her. I love his excitement when he says, "I have speech today!" To top it off my son has made such progress!!

They are very accommodating to schedule and needs of my child. She has many appointments that sometimes run into her speech therapy scheduled time, they have no problem finding her an opening to make up for missed time. Very happy with the therapist that work with my daughter. Now she is more verbally communicative and expressive. Love her more now.

My daughter is currently attending ABA therapy at Therapy Group of Tucson. Prior to this she was being seen weekly for speech therapy. We have had a wonderful experience with the entire staff at the facility over the past yr and a half. The owner Kyle, and Kellie from ABA therapy have been very responsive, prompt, considerate and helpful during my daughter’s transition into full time ABA therapy. As many parents in the community know getting responses in a timely matter and getting through to a person directly can be challenging. I have not experienced these issues with this facility and very much appreciate the non corporate environment. My daughter has made noticeable improvements since transitioning to the full time ABA program. Our entire family is great full to everyone who works with her directly and indirectly.
