Therapy Care - Batavia

We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Allea! My 3 yr old worked with her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always gave us homework on tangible skills we could practice. Highly recommend!

We've had a great experience with Therapy Care. They were able to get us in quicker than any other locla offices, and the quality of care has been great. They diagnosed concerns that various others had missed, have been flexible with scheduling, and have formed a great realtionship with my son. Billing has been seamless - we've had an entirely positive experience and are grateful to be working with them!

Allea has been amazing at providing our 3 yr old son with OT and it has made a world of difference since starting only a month ago! Our son was continuously being sent home from daycare for aggressive behavior and we didn’t know what was wrong. We brought him to Therapy Care and it turns out he has a sensory processing disorder which I never even knew was a thing before coming here! He is a sensory seeker who has a much larger sensory bucket to fill than your average child. It all made so much sense when he said he was biting and hitting other kids to make himself feel better! It’s not a behavioral issue, but rather a sensory issue that needed to be addressed. He now LOVES going to therapy and his behavior has improved immensely after given several tools to help redirect his sensory seeking behavior. If you are looking to send your child to OT for any type of sensory issue. I definitely recommend Therapy Care!

We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Erin Jackson! Sweet, kind, welcoming, and always with a bright smile to greet us! She helped my son develop in speech and worked with care and patience. She created a friendly, warm environment and always made my son feel comfortable to play an learn at his own pace. Our weekly visits not only improved my son’s speech but his social abilities to interact with others. I’m truly grateful for the help and care she provided for my son!

I had an amazing experience at Therapy Care. I came with neck and shoulder pain and saw Dr. Aparna for 6 weeks. I instantly felt very comfortable and welcome. I truly felt that she cared about my progress. She is super knowledgeable and I felt better even after our first physical therapy session together. I am so thankful for her help because I feel so much better now. I would highly recommend her. Erin was also very great to work with, very good communication and follow through. Very positive experience.

My child has recently started attending sessions at Therapy Care. She enjoys her therapy sessions and is comfortable with her therapist. I'm hopeful for a successful collaboration and a positive outcome.

Where to begin! Margaret L. (Speach Therapist) has been so amazing and loving towards my daughter and all of us. She’s help my daughter so much and it’s been a very noticeable positive change. She’s super attentive, understanding, considering and catches every detail (which we love). She’s amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond for her patients. We look forward to keep working with her!
