Ever since this company took over bill care, they almost put me out of business. They have no idea how to conduct billing services. DO NOT allow them to do your billing. Procentive EMR is good but Therapy Brands has no idea about SUD/Medical billing. If you want to stay in business do not use them. I have been trying to terminate my contract for a 3 months. And they promised to clean up my billing and have yet to deliver.

Beware of working with this company and any company that this company owns! We work with Procentive, and have since its beginning. Since Therapy Brands purchased them things have dramatically changed. Consistent system outages, features not working, lack of response or help, people reaching out to sell additional services when the services we're using aren't always working, and hindering the success and productivity of our company. Do your research before you choose to work with any Therapy Brands products, companies, or services!!! You will not have a good experience!

This company has almost put me out of business since signing on with them for billing services. Please avoid at all costs! They do not care about your practice or the quality of their services. They will tie you to contracts that are completely one sided and are only looking out for their best interest. I hope this review will save other practices from the nightmare we have experienced this past year!

I have been a client of Kasa for years. Service has declined to the point of being ridiculous, especially after being acquired by Therapy Brands. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy your inquiries and requests to go completely unanswered.

Customer service is awful. They don't respond for weeks at a time and when they do it is to justify their lack of response and tell you they can't help you anyway. Before Theranest was bought out it was a great company but I would NEVER recommend them now.
