The person they had replaced Desiree with is like a robot ! Could not even get my daughter engaged with the lesson . We had been going here for 2 years and never had a problem . Going to find someone to work with my daughter that actually cares about the client and not treat her like property .

In the beginning, it was nice for the Camp Springs office. I have to give the lead OT credit for the progress he made with our little one. As time went on, we wasn’t receiving the same quality service, it started to declined in services. I’m assuming most likely due to restructuring purposes. We had speech and OT. The Speech Therapist gave us a week of her leaving and no replacement for the same time slot we initially agreed. Since we didn’t have a time slot for speech, we decided to pull her since we no longer had services for Speech. We finally found another place which we believe our little one will continue to strive for the best. I would recommend OT. He did a wonderful job and our little one progressed very well. The Speech therapist was good about providing updated evaluations. We found a place that will provide Speech and OT consecutively which is perfect.

Therapy Associates provides occupational, speech and physical therapy. I have personally known the lead occupational therapists for over 20 years. They are both excellent and ethical therapists who deliver quality care to both children and adults. They use best practices and research thoroughly all interventions utilized. They are both passionate about providing quality therapy to their clients. They will leave no stone unturned until their clients have accomplished their goals. I have personally known the lead therapist his whole life. He is a kind, caring, compassionate person, and he loves being an occupational therapist- because he gets to help people become their best physical selves. Helping others to become self sufficient and reach their goals of wellness and independence is his passion. Sometimes it can be a long and challenging journey, and if you need someone who will provide you with excellent care, guidance and encouragement all the way - then you cannot ask for a better therapist.

I came to this therapy organization back in November 2020. The occupational therapist, speech therapist, and the physical therapist were very knowledgeable and wanted you to succeed in achieving your goals. I wanted to get back to work and driving as soon as possible. Their many different exercises were instrumental in helping me to be successful in obtaining my goals. I would strongly recommend you come and work with them to help you achieve your therapy goals.

The lead therapist is a highly skilled professional who I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years and I have watched his progression into one of the top in his field. He is very knowledgeable and quick to give great advice on therapy services and provide excellent care. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr.Cherotich was such a pleasure to speak with. She answered every question and treated us with such kindness. Thank you for all you do and I hope to see her again.
