We absolutely love this place! My child (in speech and OT therapy) LOVES coming here- always asking days in advance when we go next! Mily and Rachel, front desk ladies, are exceptional to work with and communicate with me often and effectively (via phone, text, email). They are always so willing to help and give me resources for such things as a hair dresser for sensory kids or play therapy folks. We've also had a great experience with Barb, our speech/feeding therapist. She is so patient and kind with my son. Gilbert, his OT therapist is also amazing, full of energy to keep up with my kiddo and challenges him to excel! We really love this place...it's clean, decorated in a manner that makes you feel calm, there are some coloring activities in the lobby and a marble maze. The dark movie room is our fave to hang out. It's a nice, stress- free area!

I absolutely love this place. The environment for all kids to learn is worth visiting. I have an adult daughter who has IDD among other things and I WISH there would have been something like this for her when she was young. I think it REALLY would have benefited her development! They also have an incredible office manager who is very committed to helping with your insurance needs and getting parents financial concerns worked out. I say THUMBS UP!!! Visit today!

After maybe 2 months of sessions they didnt want to work with my son anymore and tried convicing me he has Autism. They are not qualified to make that call, and no he doesnt. He speaks prefectly fine now by absolutely no thanks to them. Then five years later Surprise me with a lawsuit over some bill they claim is unpaid. Rachel at the front desk is absolutely useless and god forbid you try speaking to the billing department. She will somehow never magically be in the office. Horrible to work with would give zero stars if I could. Dont ever bring your child here. Worst " Therapist" ive ever had the displeasure working with.

We chose TheraPlay Spot for our son because he needed multiple services and this was one of the few offices that provided that option. As we have continued with his OT services with Gilbert, we have been able to delve into deeper roots of our son’s needs. I’m able to see not only the knowledge Gilbert has about OT and sensory needs but his genuine care to help our son grow and learn his own body. As parents, we are learning so much and able to take strategies home to reinforce what he learned or help further his progress . We also attended Speech with Barb for a bit and were able to graduate from it earlier this year! She has years of experience and knowledge!

We LOVED this place for my daughter’s speech therapy. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They helped my daughter reach her speech goals. Teachers are wonderful and very good at what they do. And we loved the creative, fun waiting room with tons of games for children while we wait. Highly recommend!!

TheraPlay Spot is a truly unique and special place. Their therapists and staff want the best for the kids, but above that they are passionate about helping families as a whole. You’ll be greeted with warm welcomes and a family feel. It truly takes a village and you’d be lucky to make TheraPlay Spot a part of yours.

The staff there was always friendly and helpful for the most part however, scheduling could be difficult and If you canceled an appointment (life happens) you had to do a make up or they would threaten to stop services. Over all the atmosphere was nice and the waiting room was full of toys that kids could play with making it easier to entertain kids not there for appointments and just waiting. I think the service helped but how much... I'm not sure. My foster kid ended back up in a PRTF :(

Gilbert’s experience, skill and professionalism are unsurpassed: he always greets our family with a smile. Mr. Gilbert has demonstrated a variety of methodologies and interventions that have made positive influences with regards to our son’s behavior. His work has perpetuated positive changes in his character helping him to adopt practices that have brought tranquility to our home. Thank you so much Dr. Wilbert! (Our son’s nickname for Gilbert). :) We appreciate your caring and expertise endlessly!
