BEWARE!! Dr. Eltouny is very unprofessional and has violated HIPPA. Has sent me a text (at 11PM!) and faxed my Dr. office another patients file; has asked me to call insurance for every inconvenience he has and even said that insurance "didn't pay him" when Insurance and I have checked the claims and they in fact did. He has denied a service which he confirmed he would do and stopped responding to me and the INSURANCE. Insurance has tried contacting him SEVERAL times for his conduct exactly 6 times and he has ignored ALL of it. Because of him I have to start my progress all over again with a new physical therapist while he ignores everyone. STAY AWAY. EDIT TO RESPONSE: I have the messages there’s no need to lie, I have contacted the insurance and sent them this situation with pictures and they have tried to contact you and you are ignoring me and insurance. and for the “falsify recommendation report” you are just lying out your teeth. I am going to a NEW and BETTER physical therapist that has seen my problems and who has sent the recommendation letter that never needed to be falsify. I have been in pain for years and you sympathized with me and agreed. Let’s not forget I ALWAYS brought somebody to my appointments who heard every word. Also i have the other patients first and last name, DOB, diagnosis, plan, recommendations, functional status. SHAME on YOU.

Every one work in this office is friendly and the doctor has very good experience
