Started PT with extreme back pain due to poor golf swing mechanics. The team members worked together to develop and execute a plan to fix my issue. I really appreciated that they worked to understand my desire for an aggressive approach. Great group of people!

Love all the people here. They are all friendly. I Have come here for neck/ shoulder pain& plantar fascitis. My kid also for back, knee, and hip pain in the past. Every PT & assistant here are good. No matter which one u see. We are seeing Toneyell & she is very thorough & listens to exactly what you tell her. Gives great visuals & explains the plan that she has for you. Explains why our bodies are functioning this way & how to correct it. Isaac was helping us with our exercises, he was friendly & makes sure you are doing them correctly. Alex is wonderful in his attention to detail & helping you stretch through range of motion. He is great at recognizing what areas need work or are sore. Have seen Kevin for heel pain, helped to strengthen my feet & help my plantar fascitis. Definitely worth the time & investment in your health to come here. Small & open, but have many PTs that move between the 3 locations. One in Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick by Costco. The billing is spot on. Friendly front desk ladies. Have been coming here for about 7 years & will keep coming back for many more.

I started going to TAI in December 2023 following a total knee replacement. I am so very happy and blessed with the amount of compassion, integrity, knowledge and human-kindness that each and every person in the Kennewick location has shown me. I remember struggling to stand and the aide (Maddie) came over and held out her hand! If the whole world could be as kind daily! From Ken Call, Alex Johnson, the amazing aides (Maddie, Issac, Kyle) and the office administrator (Veiney) who always is pleasant and has worked with me and insurance and payments. The results though are what count and I stayed the course. Went to all my appointments and by March (3 months) I had graduated! That same month I came back following my second knee replacement and you can bet I have sang the praises of everyone at TAI! Three weeks along and progress is seen!

I just did a "fit for duty" test here today 3-21-24. I wish they would've told me to wear some more flexible clothes such as gym shorts/adidas pants. It would've made breaking a sweat easier. I didn't appreciate how the trainee had to push down on the top of my head as I was sitting down, that can't be good for my neck cartilage. It was my first time going to a place like this and I just wasn't comfortable with the fact that it was very open, an open forum, if you will. I thought it would be a private room or something. Instead, I had to be around and bend down around people that I don't know!! Tried to keep my shirt pulled down during the test/exam cause I don't wanna give anyone a show of plumber's butt. This fit for duty test was a lot longer and more intense than I anticipated, and I've only done like 2 of these in my entire life so far. Overall, the staff was allright I suppose, especially the older balding/baldish white guy who was training the Asian/filipino guy. I felt that they tried to treat me with respect and dignity, and I appreciated it. This isn't the military Lol, this is called customer service. I guess I just wasn't expecting how long this exam would take. Although, I do appreciate how they were able to get me in the same day that I called to see if they have any availability. If you're doing a fit for duty test here or whatever your company calls it, just be sure to wear some flexible clothing, not denim jeans Lol.

After shoulder surgery Ken Call and the staff at Therapeutic Associates in West Kennewick got me through some very tough complications after surgery. I now have full range of motion again. I hurt my foot recently and went directly to their office. After an evaluation, I was given specific exercises to do at home and within three weeks my foot is back to normal. Give them a try before making any decisions to have surgery. They can help you heal your body. They’re fantastic at what they do!

I had a very positive experience at Therapeutic Associates. Kyle Stewart was able to have me progress from barely moving my right arm, on which I had complete reverse replacement surgery, to be on the way to a successful recovery. His skills and encouragement have given me the ability to finish my therapy at home. Ken Call also supplied me with skills and much needed encouragement. The office staff are all awesome! If you are unfortunate to need physical therapy, this is the place to go with positive results.
