Very professional and knowledgeable clinic. Denzil was quite insightful as to what was giving me back pain. If my insurance didn't change, I would have definitely continued physical therapy there.

I called to make an appointment for a worker's comp injury. Phone conversation was pleasant with Eric. On my day of appointment 4 weeks ago for evaluation, the experience with PT was good, he is knowledgeable and supportive. What I really don't appreciate is that after 2 weeks of the evaluation, I heard nothing from them about insurance approval, so I called them at SH clinic. The front desk redirected me to someone who handled insurance and she asked me to call my adjustor myself and get the approval forward. I thought that was of very poor ownership. If I'm truly needed to so, they could have called and notified me sooner proactively instead of having me to call them myself 2 weeks later. Also, in the 2+ years I have been working with different TAI clinics, I never have to call insurance myself to get insurance approval after I handed over my doctor's referral. It has been 4 weeks since my initial evaluation and I still have not heard back for approved treatment. I have been with TAI, different locations, for 2 years and this has been the slowest and least inefficient branch. The only reasons I switched clinic was my primary PT I've been working with has taken on a different role within the organization and this Stafford Hills location is the only one with a pool for aquatic therapy.

Both my husband and I have been patients at Therapeutic Stafford Hills, and we have both been so grateful to have had their help with our recoveries. The entire staff is both professional and friendly. I have had many weeks of therapy from Adam Wachter, and I honestly have no idea how I could have dealt with the aftermath of rotator cuff surgery without his expert guidance, encouragement and knowledgeable therapies. Great staff working here. They push you, which is good, but never past your capabilities. They listen to any concerns you may have, answer all questions fully, and take in your feedback. Great attitudes, they truly care about helping you get back to your previous abilities. Best physical therapy experience I've had. If I have any future issues, after this one is fixed, I would return to them to assistance. Thank you to Adam and his team!!

My doctor's office referred me to The Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy Stafford Hills Club. My physical therapist was very professional and figured out what was going on with me on my first visit. He has "fought" with the insurance company to enable me to receive more visits. Everyone is very friendly, nice and helpful and they all work together as a team..

Adam is a great physical therapist. I've been to many over the years, and he is one of the very best i've seen. Does not mindlessly run me through exercises I could do myself offsite. Listens & observes in order to continually update my PT plan. Very knowledgeable & pleasant!
