My son has received therapy over the course of the last 2 football seasons. Dillon is amazing and provides wonderful care. All the staff are kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office for your physical therapy needs.

Dillion at TAI, Nampa was very professional and knowledgeable in biodynamics relating to my should injury. I did pre-operative strengthening at the clinic w Dillion and his team, which was very helpful in a faster post-op recovery. There were some times I was unable to make it into the clinic for several weeks and I was gracefully given home exercises that really helped me. They told me to do my home exercises and I am so glad I did, because just 3 and a half months after my shoulder surgery I was able to be climbing broadcast towers for work again! TAI was pivitol in my successful recovery from first to last day. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend this dedicated group of trained professionals. Not only do they know what they are doing they are very pleasant and helpful to work with. After a total knee replacement and many weeks of PT at a different facility, I found that I was also really struggling with hip and thigh pain. I was then referred to Dillon Gragnano PT, DPT at Therapeutic Associates. One of the things that I’m really impressed with is that Dillon personally works with me at every single appointment before turning my care over to his very capable staff. He encourages me and always has a new exercise to improve my recovery and therefore my quality of life. I’m nine months post op and still have a little bit more rehab to do. It’s been a struggle but I’m grateful to Dillon and his staff.

We absolutely love Dillon and Jake! Our entire family has gone to them for this and that. Having both kids in athletics this is our go to PT spot. They do such a great job of following up with us and checking in with our healing process.

Therapeutic Associates is the ONLY place I would go for Treatment. The staff is courteous and quite professional. They answered all my questions, and explained everything (stretches and weight training), and told me why each was important and how it fit in with the larger picture of my overall health. I cannot applaud them enough.

I can't recommend Dillon and the team enough! They're a great bunch to work with. They did a fantastic job of creating a safe, fun environment to get my body working how I want it to, and they went above and beyond with helping me achieve my goals and improve my quality of life and self-esteem. They listened to my concerns and worked with me within the limits of my comfort level, but also pushed me in a way I really responded to. Dillon and Jake made progressing exercises fun rather than difficult. Dillon especially is exceptionally patient and kind. When I came to an appointment with one of my awful chronic headaches, he immediately taught me stretches and exercises to help with the pain even though I was in PT for my hip, and he sat with me without judgement while I cried, more than once. If you're nervous about your physical therapist being unable to empathize with you or not taking you seriously, definitely go see Dillon. He's a fantastic physical therapist and a genuinely good human being. Every person I met on the staff is kind and fun to work with. Again, I can't recommend this place enough!

I was having some hip pain during and after running that I thought might be serious. I made an appointment with Dillon who put my mind at ease and put together a plan that had me back on the road in 4 weeks. He was knowledgeable, patient, explained things thoroughly and followed up after appointments to make sure I didn’t have any questions which was very much appreciated. Thanks to Dillon and Jake, I’ll able to train for and run a few races in the fall and if I have any more pain along the way, I’ll know who to call!

They are amazing at what they do, and you can trust them with your pain. My experience with them has been really positive; they're very nice and always help me with the exercises I struggle with. For example, I had trouble doing squats, but they guided me through it, and now I trust them completely. They're also really fun to joke around with, making each session enjoyable. Every time I go to physical therapy, I feel comfortable because I know they're there to help with my pain. Even though it can be stressful at times, they're always supportive and make the process easier. If I ever hurt myself again, I would definitely go back to them because they genuinely help with my pain and make the experience pleasant.
