I went to this place for rehab of my knee ligament after an injury because of a long run. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to specifically mention Amber. She was my PT. She was very patient to listen to all of the small things that I told her. She took time to read the details of my x-ray reports and ultrasound for ligament check up. Took a overall look at the legs and proposed set of exercises for home also. Made a plan to get back to running and 8 months later I was able to run a half marathon. Great care!

I came to Therapeutic Associates North Creek to rehab after a total knee replacement. I picked this location because of the great reviews, and they totally exceeded my expectations. Every single person I interacted with was kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel like all my sessions with Andra and Kevin were productive and educational. They were very patient with me and answered my millions of questions, and explained things when I asked, which is really a big deal to me. All the assistants were very kind and supportive. Adrienne and Dustin were always so pleasant to work with even when recovery was challenging. The people in this office like their jobs. They like what they're doing, they like each other. It's a very functional workplace and it really shows. I would totally recommend Therapeutic Associates North Creek to anyone in need of physical therapy. When I have my next knee surgery, I will be coming back. I'm 100% sure that my recovery success has everything to do with this team.

I had a very positive experience with rehab for my lower back at TA. I went to Kevin and team for rehab for my lower back while barely able to stand straight. Kevin started out by checking out my posture and abilities and subsequently, after reviewing my medical records he created an action plan. He explained the problem and the plan to fix it very clearly. I recall feeling like I'm in good hands right after the first appointment. With time I was able to get back to being able to a relatively normal lifestyle and eventually the problem went away. Kevin and his team are professional, always courteous, and I always felt comfortable in asking questions and I never felt rushed. The clinic is always very clean and well maintained. The equipment always worked and I never encountered any issues. I highly recommend going to Therapeutic Associates @ North Creek should you need PT.

I have been going to Therapeutic Associates North Creek for about a year for an ongoing hip injury. Clinic Director Kevin Norris and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient PT crew I've ever worked with. I left my previous clinic because I wasn't getting enough one-on-one time and felt like my voice wasn't being heard. Kevin and his team are the complete opposite! You always get 1:1 time with a licensed PT in addition to having someone there to help you work through all the exercises, which I really appreciate (I'd felt like I was on my own at the last place). Kevin and his team have provided excellent care while I was working through the initial injury a year ago, to now as I'm going through post-operative care on my hip. He listens to you, pushes you when appropriate, and helps you celebrate the victories as you heal. I certainly wouldn't be having such a successful recovery if it weren't for Kevin and his entire team! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great place for physical therapy! Local and easy access for busy schedules. I like this place because it feels professional and caring. The staff is great and accommodating. I think because it’s not a huge office, makes it more personal. It still offers the same care as larger facilities. A gem for your physical therapy needs. Teen athletes needing any PT would really like this clinic.

Everyone I worked with was very supportive and friendly. I felt like they really cared about my knee rehab, which I didn't always feel with other physical therapy in the past. Andra was great and listened to every one of my many questions about the exercises and my knees and the various pains, and Maddie was great when she took over exercises, never laughing when I struggled. I never heard anything but happy comments from the other patients there as well.

I had an excellent experience! Kevin and Sammy were personable and provided great care by being involved throughout each session. They asked questions and always sought my feedback. Kevin took the time to review my medical file and review what damage I had with me. He then took the time to review with me what I was experiencing and why. This is not the experience I had with a previous physical therapy office. Thank you Kevin and Sammy for the great care!
