Theracare Physical Therapy

My initial visit was quite good. Reception desk check in was smooth. The physical therapist took notes of my knee condition and how the injury happened. She asked questions as to what I was already doing to help with home remedies (ice, elevate, etc.) She gave me three exercises to do in addition to my pool walking and stationary biking. My second visit left me disappointed. My second therapist did not have my chart with him, so I gave a quick rundown on my torn meniscus but he asked no questions about my previous visit. He performed an ultrasound treatment. The Aquasonic gel caused an allergic rash later that afternoon and is only now clearing up. He applied an electrical stimulator on the knee and it felt good but I wish I had asked if this was normal for the second visit. I didn't feel that my individual need was being met. I'll need some time to think before going back.

They’re not terrible but they just treat you like a number. They evaluation is very quick and in followups they don’t pay any attention to your progression. They do the same thing every time and rush you right out, regardless of how you’re doing. Honestly, most of my sessions were a total waste of time. I am now going to a physical therapist that actually cares about my progression and gives me home exercises and advice and within 2 sessions I had a huge improvement.

Jeffery Cipriano is one of the best, if not the best, PT I’ve ever seen. My dad has problems with his knees and he has been coming here a while. One day I took him there and Jeffery took the time to explain to me my dad’s condition which is by far the best explanation I’ve ever been given. He explained to me by going over the MRI and he did a better job than his primary care provider. I can tell that he is not doing it for the money. Unfortunately, I’ve seen to many doctors who seem cold and not caring. They try to get people in-n-out fast but not Jeff. Keep up the good work!

Jeff and his crew at Theracare Physical Therapy are the best people within the best physical therapy office in town as well as all around different surrounding towns. Jeff’s Great attitude transfers to everyone in his crew. They pay attention to the patients needs, not only the physical needs they are coming to get therapy for, they also cater to each and everyone of us because the adapt to our activities and in doing that, these people at Theracare Physical Therapy make sure to program our sessions according to our schedules and even them, they are willing to adapt to last minute changes as much as possible. Oh! Did I mention they have great background music and a big TV for those looking to watch for what’s going on in the world. Thank you everyone at Theracare Physical Therapy. I highly recommend this place. They do take care of you (us).

I hade a problem with my shoulder for a long time. Jeff and his team helped me overcome this problem and regain back full function of my shoulder. I’m infinitely grateful to them. Special thank you to Jeff! He is the best!

It has been awesome working with Jeff for the past few months as he has helped me get over many hurdles in my recovery process. After a shark attack that called for 7 surgeries to my leg, I knew I had a long road to recovery ahead of me. Initially, Jeff would visit me at home but once I was able to move around enough to visit his facility, he progressively made each visit more and more challenging which seemed to be the key to my quick recovery. He is very knowledgeable and hands on with his treatments. He taught me many things that I am now able to utilize on my own to continue improving my strength/balance/coordination.

I have been to MANY therapy centers, unfortunately, because of my lower back problems. I know of good therapist, and bad ones. This office here, Jeff, Danny, Bobby, Ali, Carolina, Gigi, and everyone else are absolutely awesome. Super kind, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, all around friendly and ready to welcome you with a smile. They work on you, and help you with your workouts. They are absolutely fantastic. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I’ve been coming to Theracare for about 2 months due to an injured finger .... The staff is very welcoming and friendly starting with Carolina at the front desk, I feel like you’re in a little family and they’re all well connected and know their job, and they keep it clean and safe for everyone. I’m seeing results thanks to Jeff my awesome therapist, even though it can be painful at times I’m on my way to healing this finger!and I look forward to getting better each time I come. I wish I knew everyone’s names but both Jeff, Bobby and all of the rest deserve more than 10 stars. I recommend this therapy place with more than 5 stars.
