Thera-RED

I’ve been to the RSM location for the Red Light Therapy and it has totally enhanced my health journey. This horrible rash I’ve had from working out from the sweat has been incredibly hard to het rid of and heal for 3 years. I’ve tried everything and this is the only thing that has helped clear the rash as well as make my skin ook and feel great. I’ve also been able to do more intense workouts because of my stamina and flexibility that the Red Light Therapy has helped me with. My mood has really changed and made me feel happier. It releases all of those happy endorphins!! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their overall health journey. Thank you Ian for blessing me and countless others with this amazing therapy. I am extremely pleased and hope more people will try this incredible therapy to heal their bodies and improve their health.

Cute location, easy to park and right next to a coffee shop. Infrared sauna and red light therapy room is clean, well maintained and easy to use. Owner is very responsive to all questions on how to use the equipment and the health benefits they offer. This has been a great addition to my muscle recovery routine and overall wellbeing. I find the red light therapy extremely helpful during the winter months for seasonal depression disorder. The PEMF mat is stress reducing and great for a good nights sleep.

Therared is one of the best investments I’ve made to assist in my long covid. Ian (the owner) is extremely helpful in explaining how to use everything! Had a great experience at Thera-RED. it was my first time trying the Redlight Therapy and the Infered Sauna and I felt great afterwards. Ian, the owner was awesome, super knowledgeable and helpful for this first timer. Pretty sure I'll be getting a membership.

I came across this place by accident while going to the bathroom while at the coffee shop. I am so happy I did!! I recently went through a stem cell transplant for leukemia and my body is still healing. During my treatment I did a lot of integrative therapy with PEMF and other energy devices. I wanted to continue with PEMF and also try red light. I work in dermatology and we utilize red light for various skin conditions, so I know how beneficial it is. I did one session and I slept the most soundly I have slept in a long time! Red light and pemf are essential for healing of the body and I am excited to continue with the service. They also have an infrared sauna, which is the next thing I need to start on regularly for wellness maintenance.
