I had my first (but not last) class with Jenny yesterday. She was very kind and patient. She took the time to learn about me and my goals and tailored the workout to help me achieve my goals. The workout was perfect! Jenny explained and demonstrated each move and provided modifications as needed. The workout pace was very easy to follow.
