Austin is amazing to work with. His positive attitude and deep amount of knowledge was so helpful. I found Theophilis simply to get help with my back and came out 3 months later 20 lbs lighter and my eczema pretty much gone which I have had for years. Also my back is better then ever! I worked out 5 days a week and lost only 7 pounds in a year. With the workouts I was doing I ended up with an herniated disc. I asked my primary doctor for help because I knew something was wrong because I was working so hard working out. The stress from work caused havoc on my body and I needed help. I needed personalized care for why my body wasn’t working correctly and also wanted physical therapy for my back. I did research online and found Austin with Theophilis Health. He took the time to talk to me and find out what my concerns were and I made an appt for a face to face consult. Austin knew by looking at my skin, something was wrong. 6 months later, I feel 100 times better, the weight has come off and my back has healed. Austin and Zach have helped me get back to being myself physically and I’m beyond thankful.

Austin is super knowledgeable and wants to find the root of your health issues so you don’t have to keep coming back to the doctors. He’s helped me and my husband so much with our diet and with our body’s overall health and wellness.

Dr. Lake did a very thorough blood work analysis that revealed some deficiencies and made recommendations on how to fix them. His dietary suggestions have also enabled me to lose 20 lbs so far. I feel much better, thanks to his help.

Austin has helped me throu several issues from joint pain in my hands, helping with mobility issues when I had a screwdriver throu my thumb ( and my thumb works perfectly now ) to helping me loose 40 lbs and counting. I feel 10 years younger and the brain fog is gone just from following what he told me.
