I am a student at USU and have volunteered at many outpatient therapy offices throughout Cache Valley, and The Worx is by far the best office I have worked in. They provide the most welcoming environment, and all of the therapists are highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable about their work. They are always willing to answer questions and explain the reasoning behind everything they do. While they maintain a high level of professionalism, they are also warm and inviting. Plus, every once in a while they do fun events for their community. It is the best office environment I have ever encountered.

Excellent physical therapy treatment from very knowledgeable therapists. I had back and knee issues for years. They finally helped resolve most of the issues I was having. Their pre and post surgical therapy was instrumental in getting back to being active following my knee replacement. I highly recommend them for all conditions.

This place is great. I used them and would continue to still use them if I hadn't of moved out of the valley. I was recommended this place since I struggled with Plantar Fasciitis. I also was post ankle surgery and needed some help there as well. I originally used Budge Clinic (since I got my surgery there). 90% of the time I would work with a PTA and just exercise. At The Worx, I got treatment directly from PTs every time and they focused more on things I couldn't do at home myself. Cheaper, better, and more focused on patient needs. All the PTs I worked with were great Kyle (moved on), Kade, and Andrew. Each one had their own take and added to the recovery. I enjoyed talking to each one and learning more about what I should do to help myself at home. The two offices gals are awesome as well. They were very personable and always enjoyed talking to them. Overall I will miss this place and wouldn't hesitate recommending it.

The Worx is an excellent organization, in every way. The therapists are exceptionally skilled, capable and caring. I have been a loyal patient for years, and from the moment I walk through the door, throughout my treatment sessions, until the moment I leave, I feel cared about, and for, as an individual. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. I also want to mention the therapeutic boxing program (Rock Steady) offered there for Parkinson’s patients. I have observed the classes, and am very impressed with the positive experience it is provides for its students.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. My doctor encouraged me to join a boxing group which I did at The Worx. Cassie is an amazing coach who knows more about Parkinson’s than anyone else I know. She knows how to push but does it with compassion. Her assistant, Ryan, is awesome to work with and brings a lot of energy and fun to the group. Both he and Cassie are positive and encouraging. I’ve also met with the Occupational therapist and physical therapists and they are really great people who are good to work with and who go out of their way to help. The administration and staff care about me and I always feel like I am going from my home to another home when I go there.

I have chronic medical problems and have been going to The Worx for years. I've also been to half a dozen other physical therapist clinics (because different doctors sent me to different therapists). Each therapist has their own specialty, but The Worx is hands-down my favorite overall. The appointments are an hour long, and they get a lot done in that hour. There isn't extra waiting around like at some places, and they give you undivided attention from the start to the end of your session. You're not one of many patients they're overseeing in the gym at the same time. They listen to your needs and adjust the day's therapy based on what your body needs. The pricing isn't higher than most other places. You get a good value for your co-pay. I've worked with multiple therapists at The Worx and can recommend any of them. The only downside is that because they're very good, the therapists are often booked out a few weeks. The managers adjusted the scheduling policy so that it's a little easier to get in, but it depends on which therapist you're after. They'll get you in with someone, but if you're picky on who you want, you might need to wait a couple weeks. Overall, this is definitely my favorite physical therapy clinic and I can't recommend it enough.
