The Wellness Lounge

Went to AK Wellness Lounge for contrast therapy. The cold pool was hard for me, but had heard good things about it and glad I went! Spent a good amt of time in the sauna. Love places like this where you can go and take care of your body. Am interested in going back for IV therapy!

The wellness lounge is an absolute sanctuary and place to focus on holistic health and wellness. They offer a variety of services that promote physical and mental well-being. I love coming here and really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage treatments!

I had the opportunity to visit the Wellness Lounge and had an excellent experience. I wanted to find something that would be safe and effective in boosting my immune system before heading to the airport and they had so many options to choose from. From the minute I walked in the door it was clear that the Wellness Lounge values their clients and desires to provide a positive experience which is so contrasting to many healthcare models today. Also, from a purely aesthetic standpoint the lounge was set up to be so cozy and peaceful which is not something I’ve found when walking into other medical buildings.

The Wellness Lounge is your one stop shop for everything that is holistic and clean. I love how TWL empowers me to use my own body to be integral in the healing process with additional support from their services. Their services has been consistent, the lounge is clean and cozy, and the team is truly wonderful. I feel excited going there as a client and I sense the same excitement from them.

Best wellness center I have been to in Anchorage! Reasonable prices for services. Awesome and friendly staff! Their esthetician is wonderful as well.. Always a pleasure being here☺️🫶🏻

GET A FACIAL! I just got a dermaplane & jelly mask facial and it was wonderful. Audrey is professional, clean, friendly, and very relaxing. I already want to get another treatment!

I cannot recommend The Wellness Lounge more highly. A place of beauty, tranquility, and healing; a welcome oasis in life’s hustle and bustle. What a service to the Anchorage community! I have enjoyed the benefits of facials by the amazing Audrey, the invigorating contrast therapy experience, relaxing red light therapy, as well as rejuvenating IV treatments. I have loved it all except maybe my first dip in the cold plunge. My favorite IV treatment is still the Meyer’s Cocktail which has become my pre-travel go-to. It gives me the extra boost and hydration I need to arrive at my destination ready to go. I am excited to try Ozone therapy next. Do yourself a favor and practice some self care while supporting an incredible local business.

I truly can't say enough good things about the The Wellness Lounge and all the staff there. They are so thorough in their care, and make you feel so comfortable, even when you aren't feeling 100%. The empathy and compassion they show makes the experience that much better. The environment is so cozy and comfortable. Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone.
