The Wellness Center at The Grand Traverse Pavilions

I can't say enough good things about my experience at The Wellness Center! I have been to other physical therapy centers in the area and this was by far the best experience. The physical therapists are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I LOVED the aquatic therapy! I was given the opportunity to do aftercare in the pool, which was great. The Wellness Center is now my go-to for any PT I may need in the future.

Excellent programs and staff to help with this. Highly recommended for all in need. This is the best facility for any kind of PT that is needed. I thoroughly enjoy the pool exercises that have brought me so very far with much pain reduction. Thank you

I have been to three different clinics for Physical Therapy in the area and The Wellness Center was the best. I respected and enjoyed my therapist Ann P. I learned so much and was able to meet my goals with her guidance and expertise. The secretary was also nice. Thank you!

I was a part of the Morning Jump Start class for many years until it had to be cancelled due to the Health Department Protocols for COVID. That was a year ago, February 2020. I really miss the class and wish it could be reinstated. The benefits to the community with healthy exercise cannot be overstated. The class was twice a week but it kept me feeling good , helping muscle and joint stay healthy all week long. My friends were in more classes and they really appreciated the environment and the expert instruction just as I did in my class. I have tried to substitute by joining the YMCA but it is just not the same. The water in the pool is much colder and is not as friendly to the joints and muscles. Also, the health protocols are not comfortable for me. There was one class I attended in the deep water pool where we were not spaced out safely because all of the parents and unvaccinated children from the therapy pool were sent to join us when they experienced a "maintenance issue" in the therapy pool. I have vulnerable family members and did not appreciate the lack of consideration for the health and safety of our group. I am fully vaccinated and all of the classmates I have been in touch with are too. Can we please have Jump start back again? Thank you.

I worked with Ann Parker and Kristi Clark--exceptional physical therapists. I received more one-on-one attention with them than I have at other therapy centers in Traverse Center. The difference is stunning. They helped me a great deal.

The Wellness Center at Grand Traverse Pavilions was the perfect place to do my therapy! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! The facility is very clean and maintained! I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting great individual attention!

Sorely missing the most healing gift The Grand Traverse Pavilions offers: Community water classes held in the WELLNESS CENTER. As a dedicated attendee, I miss the professionally produced programs, (jump start, Tai chai, etc) with it’s dedicated director, Amy and ever inspiring, Aquatic instructors like Renee ...PLEASE BRING US BACK SOON

Awesome, qualified, friendly, caring, physical therapists. Very helpful. They are the best! I have attended this facility for at least 10 years on and off for therapy and for a lifetime fitness program.
