Pleasant location. Inviting dining room. Nice views from bedroom windows. Cordial staff. Seems like a nice place to stay.

The staff at The Vally are very caring and sweet. They provide individual care to each resident and take the time to get to know each person!!!! I highly recommend The Valley. My step-mom has been there 2 years and LOVES it! ❤️❤️❤️

During our visit, we noticed the staff has changed significantly. We were happy to see how attentive, competent & caring the entire staff is at this point.

I stopped in with my dog Sammie to say hello to the folks there. The staff are pleasant and the people living there appeared to be happy and well cared for. Also, the facility was very clean. It was a nice visit and we will go back again. The folks enjoyed my super special baby girl, sammers.

The staff was extremely friendly as soon as I arrived. One staff member offered me two masks, one for me and one for my guest. Another staff member contacted the individual I came to meet and directed us to a quiet place to wait for the individual. A third staff member recognized my guest and immediately started a short conversation that made us feel comfortable and very welcomed.

Always friendly & helpful! Staff was very helpful with moving Michael’s belongings to new room!
