I worked a day shift as a travel agency nurse on the Rehab Unit. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. Medications and supplies were readily available. Most importantly, patient's are well cared for.

We went to visit to see if this would be a good fit for my husbands parents. Brittney took us around and explained all the details they offered and exciting events the residents are able to participate in. The residents themselves seemed relaxed and happy, unlike other facilities we have visited. It was very clean and seemed very organized.

Staff caring for my mom while she was there under hospice care was amazing! She was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I was able to stay the nights with her and be there with her when she passed. Anytime I had a question, the staff was right there to answer it for me and they were so kind to me when she did pass away. I will be forever grateful to all the staff who helped with her admission, provided food for the family and kept her as comfortable as possible in final days.

My mom is so happy and well cared for here. The staff is very loving and kind. She loves all the fun activities like trivia, art, bingo. Always something going on. And the physical therapists are the best! We are so fortunate and feel very grateful that they took her in.

My first visit to your facility, spending some time with the shut down from our church organization. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful finding my contact. In reality, the most important thing is the patient is comfortable in the environment and she seemed that she was doing well.

Terrible place. I’ve been in this business 16 years. Finally walked out. Management always running us so short staffed, no food for the residents, they pay nearly thousands a month and can’t even get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because administration didn’t pay the bill or is trying to save some money? I witnessed nearly every resident in 2nd and 3rd floors go with out showers for months. Not enough staff to do everything that needs to be done. Never any clean towels, or even sheets for a nice clean bed. They take advantage of new staff what I mean by this is they work new staff to the bone and promise them things they never get. So they end up leaving and it’s just a continuous cycle. Always new staff you will never see the same nurse twice because they don’t last. In one month I found numerous bed sores on the residents . It’s very sad what long term care has come to these days. Keep your family home and hire private care! And as for the new admin team…. Especially the ones that have been on the floor and seen these poor residents struggle- god see’s everything and he also sees you turning a blind eye to neglect for clout. Disgusting. The definition of a nurse is an advocate.

My mom, 91 is currently there in their semi private room that only has 1 electrical outlet behind the bed, 2 plugs while she needs her oxygen machine plugged in, the bed to raise her legs and the ice machine. I was told an extension cord is a fire hazard. Yet they have a 6 outlet plug in a 2 outlet for the 2 tv’s across the room. What a joke. She is there recovering from knee surgery. PT is inconsistent, out of the 14 days she has been there, PT was done twice with her to date. She arrived being able to walk she now can only transfer out of bed to a wheel chair. No lab work has been done since she arrived, she has diarrhea while on opioids. You don’t need to be a doctor to know that’s not normal. the nurses put the ice machine on her knee once a day if she is lucky. My shoes stick to the room laminate flooring and her room smells like urine. The temperature in her room is 78 degrees and the thermostat cannot be adjusted. It’s amazing the suites google rating is above 4.0. Yes, her advocate calls us, her case manager calls us and things do not change. It took 10 days for my mother to be bathed the first time, we are now on day five of no second shower. She is there to recover from surgery, bad choice. This place is somewhere you bring your family members when minimal services are required, like administering medication.

The Suites of Parker has done an outstanding job taking care of my Mother. This is my first experience with having my Mother in a full care facility. The facility is very clean and well maintained. EVERY staff member has been pleasant to deal with and has taken great care of my Mother, from admissions, facilities, transportation, nutrition, therapy, cleaning and nursing and activities. It’s been a huge relief knowing my Mother is in excellent hands.
