I had a wonderful experience with this office, the staff, Dr Ruzbarsky and surgery center! The whole team was AMAZING!

Great experience with Dr Alden. Very thorough and professional. His practice manager, Kristian is on top of things.

Although the doctors and nurses at my sister's appointment were beyond kind and knowledgeable the receptionist Savannah was one of the most rude unwelcoming people I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived we were treated absolutely terrible with an extremely lack of empathy or compassion regarding our situation. Savannah made us feel lesser then throughout the entire process with both an extremely rude tone, as well as numerous back handed comments regarding insurance and finances. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional. I have heard so many great things about The Steadman Clinic and our experience has left a sour taste in all of our mouths too say the least. I don't see any of us coming back in the future regarding these events.

I have had several procedures at the Vail location and had wonderful experiences with world class doctors. Unfortunately my experiences at the Basalt Steadman clinic were the opposite and not what I expected from a world renowned business. The staff and medical team were rude and vague in explanations. To get any information on my imaging I had to pester them with days worth of phone calls while waiting in significant pain, with no calls back. I had to be a full on active advocate for myself to get any answers or path forward. I was never actually able to talk to a doctor and only was able to consult briefly with the PA for a complex issue. This is very disappointing and surprising after being a long time patient in Vail. I will drive the extra 2 hours to go to Vail from now on.

Everyone here is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. My doctors have helped me so much and they were all incredibly professional. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. I’m so confused as to why this place doesn’t have more 5 star reviews. 10/10 do recommend!

Excellent healthcare, as a RN I have a good understanding of quality of care and this clinic is top notch.

Very clean and tidy place. The staff are very homey and smart people. I have an old ankle injury that needs TLC and they have done everything to keep me informed. I’m glad I chose The Steadman Clinic.

Do NOT go there ever! Make yourself a favor and find good healthcare, they say they are the best but believe me when I say they are the very worst! I have a broken wrist and it has been a nightmare! I'm doctor Sachar and it's been a pain! Save your money it's super expensive and terrible care they forgot to tell me I have a third bone broken, nobody explained nothing and even tho you are paying to be seen by a specialist you just get PA and you're not worth the attention and don't even dream of having their time, worst experiences ever
