The Springs of Searcy Health & Rehabilitation

My Mother has been at The Springs since December 2022. She is well taken care of and they all know her name. The staff are courteous and respectful of the visitors and the residents. I enjoy my visits with my Mom each time I go. I like to meet all of her friends too.

The nursing staff and administration are amazing. They have shown so much love and care for my husband. I wish I had found this place a few years ago. I can rest easy knowing he is getting the best care. If you are looking for geriatric for a loved one , you won't find a better a better place!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. A friend of mine has a grandmother who stays there full time. The room is filthy. Nobody comes to clean. Mold growing on cups, dressers, bed sheets and clothing on the person soiled for weeks. Staff doesn’t know the last time the grandmother has showered. Absolutely morbid smell in the room. Door handles disgusting. It seems like the people who work there don’t care about the elderly and slack off because they get paid either way. It’s truly heartbreaking to see my friends grandma in those conditions. Only when we showed the administer the molded cup did she send two people to deep clean the room…. After we had to initiate the cleaning first. Absolutely disgusting smells and sick vibes in this place. I don’t understand how they’re still open. I don’t understand their hiring process. If this is happening to one person there I just know it’s happening to others.

The Springs of Searcy has excellent staff who love their residents like family. Seeing the staff interact with the residents will make your heart swell because you can SEE how much they love them. Their facility has a lot of staff that have dedicated their entire careers to working with their needy/elderly patients…some have even been there since the 1980’s or longer. Some left for a short time but then came back. Working in a nursing home is hard and often thankless work but after seeing it with my own eyes, The Springs staff really do all that they can daily to take excellent care of their residents. ❤️

My sister was discharged from this facility. The rehab and clinical team did outstanding. She admitted with a peg tube with difficulty swallowing. She was able to walk out and back to a normal diet. The DON was very kind and understanding and always greeted me with a smile.

I am proud to say that I'm an employee of The Springs Searcy. Our home has a great loving staff, therapy department and an amazing Activities department along with much more. Our residents are loved and taken care of. We have a lot of repeat admissions. I've been with The Springs Searcy for going on 2 years now. Our staff goes above and beyond for our residents. This is by far the best company I've ever work for in my 25 years in long term care.

I have had a few of my own family members at The Springs and each one of them were given GREAT care!! The residents are very well taken care of and really enjoy our activities and laughing, singing and dancing! I personally would recommend The Springs! I have been a CNA for 20 years and I have been there to hold the hands of those that have nobody but us, and I have wiped their tears when they have felt forgotten.. being a CNA is definitely not for the weak.. You’re told to not get attached but let me tell you from experience, that’s impossible, even when some are very hard to deal with. We have an awesome team and our DON is the absolute best!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Springs of Searcy! I have had several family members in this facility and I have to say the staff is very polite, they have so much compassion, they take the time to make sure that the resident is well taken care of and always very thorough with making sure that the plan of care is right for your loved one. They offer excellent therapy and restorative services! The Activity department always kept all of my loved ones very involved and entertained! The Administrator was always very polite and active in the nursing home. The DON, Adon, social worker, MDS staff, nurses and CNA's was always very caring. My loved ones enjoyed the food and always complimented the Dietary staff. They have the best environmental staff and kept the facilty clean. They have an amazing staff, and I would definitely choose them time and time again if need be.
