My own eye detailed experience with my Mother being in this unkept facility, just don’t ever put any family member in this facility, it’s very few that cares, the food is unfit, the kitchen, the cooks are horrible, change management hands like all the time, your people deserve better. Elderly people should be given the utmost care and this facility definitely don’t care, everytime I came to visit that place I wanted to take my Mom out but I had no control, unfortunately my Mom never made it out alive! Im devastated and mad as hell.

This nursing home is beyond filthy and just horrible. They leave my grandmother unchanged for two days in a row. She now has a disease in her mouth because they don't brush her teeth. Whomever is the owner should be ashamed of herself. She is just taking these poor elderly money and leaving them for filth. No elder person should have to go through this. The facility appears nice in the front but my grandmothers room is filthy as well. They let her roommate pee on her floor and just clean it up with a towel without disinfecting. Something must be done.

I do not recommend working here. There is absolutely no teamwork nor structure in this facility. No CNA never too be find, shower aides no help, don’t chart, the kitchen can never get the residents meals in order it’s ridiculous. They over work the real hard CNAs and reward the most laziest ones. CNAs never get in trouble for taking more than a hour lunch break, the rooms always in a mess. Shower aids get too pick and choose who they want too do and no consequences! They know what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong. They act like they got everything in line when corporate or state comes in but when they leave they truly do not care for employees issues nor residents issues.

1. Most of the time the food is served cold, missing silverware, and if your a diabetic you don’t have any special diet. Most meals don’t come anything to drink. The people who bring your meals don’t have time to see if you want anything opened up or warmed up. 2. Most of the CNA’S are so over worked they get a attitude and don’t help the people. I have waited 2 hours for a bedpan. I have pressed the button to get help and waited for 2-3 hours. Neglect of the people is a major problem missing bed bath’s, sitting in wet sheets for hours. Wouldn’t want my parents treated the way I was. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My sister was very well cared for at this facility previously known as the Village at Valley Ranch. It far exceeded my expectations with many of the caregivers including her main nurse continuing to work with her for her entire stay of almost 2 years. I was particularly impressed with their knowledge of her preferences even when mentioning a soda the nurses said ‘oh she always likes Diet Coke’. Despite her steady decline with Alzheimer’s they continued to care for her with compassion so that even in her final hospice weeks she would light up when one of the staff members walked by. That sure made my life better and hers also.

Let me just say that this place is a circus. They have nurses and CNAs and other faculty mostly black and there's nothing wrong with that. My husband has been in that facility for a week and a day now his blood sugar is well over 500 and they're doing very little to get his blood sugar down they don't answer the call button they let patients sit in their rooms for hours before going and checking on them the food is beyond recognition. You don't honestly know if they're getting the right medications or not and when you go to the social workers office he's always very nervous and acts like he doesn't know what's going on I'm very disappointed in this place and I understand by someone else who had their father in there that there's a class action suit against the facility if this is the only place that your insurance will cover I would suggest doing anything else you can to find them a different place to go the springs at chenal are owned by the same company but I don't know if there any better or not this is about lives and our family and when they're not taking care of it's heartbreaking

My father is there they have stolen or lost all his clothing. They putting other people's clothing on him. The workers are lazy and mean. They leave their food trays in their rooms. We are currently looking to move him
