The Springs of Pine Bluff Nursing and Rehabilitation

My sister Lillie has been at the Springs for about two years. She is happy and contented. Her nurse is simply awesome and truly appears to care. The maintenance man so friendly and helpful. On behalf of Lillie’s eleven siblings, I want to say thank you. Your excellent care of our sister; to see her happy and content has truly put her family at ease. Thank you for your professionalism and care you have shown to our sister.

My mother was at The Springs of Pine Bluff for maybe a week. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. My mother was treated so poorly by the staff. They were very dismissive and rude to her. Acted like she wasn’t even speaking to them and would just turn around and slam the door. The place absolutely reeked of urine and garbage. They actually forgot to feed my mother dinner on more than one occasion. The person that usually let me in the locked front door was a resident of the facility, instead of a staff member. Definitely seems unsafe. But there was never a member of staff available at the front desk to do so. I witnessed staff yell and cuss at some of the residents. One CNA even told a lady in a wheelchair that she was going to slap her. I reported this. But the person I reported it to, didn’t really seem like it was a big deal at all. Makes me wonder what goes on when they know nobody’s watching. Please don’t send your loved ones here. This place is NO GOOD!

I want to give a shoutout to the Springs of Pine Bluff Arkansas Nursing Facility. Visiting today, the atmosphere felt like a resort in South Beach – fresh and clean. My father expressed happiness, satisfaction, and peace, and it's truly refreshing to know he's well taken care of. Kudos to the staff at the Springs of Pine Bluff for a job well done!

Facility staff are so kind and compassionate!

My aunt is passing away and everyone in this place is refusing to let her family see her before she passes.

The staff is friendly and caring there.
