My brother has been there for over a year. The nursing staff and aides are very friendly and helpful. I have eaten meals with him in the cafeteria several times and even the administrator was in there working to get all patients and guest served. The administration staff is always there to answer any questions I may have.

It was exceptionally nice in my opinion.! Very clean unlike most of the places I have been visiting in and even worked in. The staff was very friendly, I would highly recommend it to others. My brother was only there for a few days but his leaving was NOT due to any thing other than his family wanted him home.

I rate it a terrible place to put a family member. We put my cousin temporarily and they wouldn’t turn her causing bed sore to not heal properly at all, she would get on her call butten and ask for her pain meds which most of time was either 2-3 hrs or not at all. We hung a clock so she could see it that way she’d know when it was due. You see she was in her right state of mind, just because she couldn’t walk doesn’t mean she was incoherent!! She need put put her wheel chair again 2-3hrs later she was put in one. We absolutely hated leaving her but wasnt given much options since NEA hospital kicked her out. So if I were you I would keep on driving right past it.

Service has improved a lot over the past year. Mother-in-law says she gets good care except for nite girl. We enjoy our visit because she is relaxed and well cared for by your staff. Seems that everyone is friendly. She said meals should be served warmer and that sometimes she gets dairy products. She doesn’t like any dairy products and that is supposed to be in her record. She doesn’t have a lot to look forward to and the little things mean a lot to her routine.

Mom was so happy today when I visited. She now has a roommate, something we didn't think would be a good thing has turned out to be fantastic. I had been told that if she were to have a roommate, they would be carefully chosen for a good fit. Her roommate is the perfect fit. My sister came last Thursday the first day they were together and both seemed happy. Today they were like life long friends. So, precious. Thank you Chasity and Jerod, once again you all are making Mom's journey so much better.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful getting residents to the dining room. I have my sister there and they had her up and ready by the time I got there. She has shared with me that she likes every employee there that she has contact with. That is very comforting to me. No complaints here.

Mom has been at The Springs for almost a year now. She has friends and seems to enjoy the staff, from the nurses to the Maintance department. I am beyond grateful for The Springs and the care they are giving my Mom Went to see Mom today. She was sitting with her friends in the diningroom. We went to her room and we took a trip down mermory lane. Sometimes we can bridge the past to the present. She was quick to tell me that the staff were so good to her. Thank you The Springs for giving my Mom good days. Today my sister and I went to see Mom. As I have shared she is in the " Memory Unit". She was happy to see us and reintroduced us to her friends. She remembered we were her daughters and called us by name. That makes for a good day. Sometimes I fail to mention all the workers behind the scenes. The Springs have awesome administrators, Jerod Monnett who has come in and has done an amazing job as Director. I appreciate Chasity Kelly and all she does on behalf of my Mom. And, I appreciate Sabanna Guy, she has been such a help with Mom's Medicaid. Mom has also made great friends with the Maintance staff as well as all her Medical professionals. Thank you all. 6/17/22 Mom was in a really good mood today. She said the fish for lunch was delicious. Her room was neat and clean. Lots of smiles all around. 9/18/22 Today I went to see Mom and was so glad to see how happy she was. She has had Covid but has recovered. I am so grateful for the excellent care she was given while sick. Thank you to the entire staff at The Springs for taking care of Mom. And, a special thanks to Jerod Monette for his leadership and dedication to provide quality care to all of the residents. 10/14/22 I visited Mom today and she was having a good day. Her room was spotless and comfortable. She was eating peaches and was happy we had brought ice cream, she said she had eaten enough healthy food today. Thank you all at The Springs for all you are doing for Mom.

My grandfather has been placed at this facility for short-term rehab and I am very disappointed in this facility! They never showed my grandfather any respect at all, they bathed an elderly man in the hallway(the man was naked and everyone can see), they caused him to miss his heart appointment, articles of his clothing has went missing without any explanation(we asked why was his clothes out of his luggage and what happened to some of his clothes because they are missing and all we got was “I don’t know”), they wheeled my grandfather to the lobby without any clothes on but a diaper, and they sent my grandfather to the hospital in nothing but I diaper and said that his hands were swollen and blue but they were not! I wish I could give them 0 stars because this place is horrendous and the workers are disrespectful to the patients there
