Tried to force me to sign over my dad's stuff when he was there temporarily. The office manager looked dead at me and said don't spend to much of his money. They left him in bed all but 20 mins a day and came home with a bed sore in stage three. Took him off his meds that were being used to prevent him going into a fib. They called me and told me it was my job to get him up when he was in their care. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. My dad was home for 3 weeks and is now back in the hospital due to them

As a wound care nurse I visited the springs of Harrison and talked with the wound care nurse Mackenzie. She is excellent. Any resident there is in good hands if they need wound care.

Very clean, didn’t smell, and residents seemed content and happy. Did not see one employee in there.

I really wish I would have gotten the name of the nurse that I spoke with yesterday morning around 11:30 regarding my sister's condition. She was beyond helpful and provided me with very useful information, not to mention the fact that she was very patient with me!! ❤️

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The room my family member is in looks like something out of an abandoned warehouse. The whole place smells like urine and an old cellar from the 1820s. My family member does nothing but experience cold, tasteless food and rarely gets help with eating. They also left my family member soaked in urine and put him back into bed. He also states that the “physical therapy” it’s supposed to be does not do their job. If they don’t go into the room themselves, not much gets done to promote mobility. Rounding is rare. It’s sad they have to take matters into their own hands when they are there to figure out how to move around when it’s time to go home.

Horrible staff. very toxic people that don't need to be in care of anyone. Why this place or The Highlands of Harrison-Tims hasn't been shut down is very concerning. I have stories of staff stealing pills and selling them or stories of aspirate residents being left unattended while eating and dying. Both places should be shut down immediately and the Don should be jailed.
