The Springs of Greers Ferry Health & Rehabilitation

My brother n law loves this place. They treat him like family. He has said so many good things about them. When we go visit they are super sweet to us as well. Hard workers, great facility.

I started a music ministry for the Alzheimer’s units and we have been so very Blessed to see them smiling or singing along when they hear a song they know. The whole staff shows nothing but love and care and compassion for their residents. My Mom was there for a short time and when she passed away there were other assistants from other halls that came down to hug me or offer their condolences. If my time come to be in a nursing facility I would want to go there. None others can match up when it comes to their care and their employees!

Don’t send your loved ones here for rehab. My mom was sent here for a broken hip and on Saturday one day after arrival the nurse walked in and told her to get up out of bed if she wanted to eat. She was incapable of moving. They brought her breakfast to her 2 hours later cold inedible. We went to get her and bring her home after she pressed her call light for over an hour to receive pain meds that never arrived.

We love the care our mom has gotten at the Springs. We go and are always welcomed with smiles. I live out of state and it is such a relief knowing I can call and get information anytime. I have dropped in unannounced and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and care given. They also let us know promptly if there are health concerns. Thank you all!!!

ABUSED my grandmother. Put her in the mental ward when she needed to be on the rehab floor. YELLED at her to get dressed and get out of bed when she has a BROKEN hip. Left her in bed crying while she needed her pain medication, and then brought it to her HOURS late. Brought her ICE COLD breakfast. These “nurses” should be ashamed of them selves.

Long term care's best kept secret! This modest sized facility is home to the most caring staff & great residents. There's a family atmosphere among staff & residents that contributes to the warm welcome at Seven Springs.

Very disappointed that when our dear friend passed away, they didn’t even let us know. We were only contacted by the funeral home.I know they had our phone number.

Have family members in there and have seen the way the bosses treats the aids and the residents I would not recommend sending anyone there. They have sewer issues that comes up into the facility and up through the shower rooms
