The Springs of Creekside Health & Rehabilitation

I went for rehab after hip replacement surgery. Management was awful. Was there 4 days and never did get rehabilitation services. 5 months later I am still getting bills that I don’t owe. Very poorly run run facility. The blue collar staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend seeking an alternative facility.

This is a very nice facility. The staff is polite and helpful. The building is clean and the residents are well cared for. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends. Ken RN

I went to sing for the residents. I only had one show up but he was so sweet. I sang for 45 minutes so I know God put him there for a reason. The staff is all very sweet and helpful. The place is so clean and so homey. I felt good being there. I have heard some great things about Creekside and I agree. I was very impressed. I am looking forward to coming back on the 24th and praying there will be other residents join Rush and me. Praying for God's blessing on The Springs of Creekside. Thank you for letting me come.

I visited the facility last week and was blown away by the updates, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I got a full tour of the building, met precious residents, and heard from multiple staff members loving their jobs! I would recommend this beautiful building to anyone.

Mom had the best care at the Springs! This facility both in the office and residential floor staff were so helpful and took very good care of my sometimes-difficult mother in the dementia unit. Kind and loving folks understood far better than I how to make mom happy, I learned a lot from them! Thank You so much!
