The Springs at St. Andrews took care of my Dad the last few months of his life. They went above and beyond our expectations in the care he received. They not only supported us through our difficult time but became a part of our family.

The staff are very nice and kind and they are taking good care of my dad. My only complaint is it’s hard to get in touch with the nurses station as they rarely answer the phone and there is not an option to leave a voicemail. Sometimes I just need to know how my dad is doing.

The Springs at St. Andrew's took care of my Dad during the last few months of his life, and I truly can't say enough how grateful we are for the dedicated and compassionate care he received from everyone there. From the moment we first visited, it was clear that this place "gets it", from the nurse manager who dropped everything to talk with us for two hours about Dad's needs, to the calm, competent, hard-working CNAs, to the the consistent crew of nurses, who became regular fixtures in our lives alongside his doctor and PA. 2022 was a very difficult year for our family, but knowing that Dad was getting such outstanding care made everything that much more bearable. That quality of care meant my mom could take a little time to care for herself without worrying about what would happen with Dad. Even on his last day, the proficiency and tenderness of the staff there was unforgettable. Having them in our corner was an inestimable comfort, and made every day of those last few months so much more manageable. We'll be forever grateful.

Our family has been dealing in the rehab / assisted living facilities just shy of 2 years and St. Andrews is by far superior. Because the nurses and CNAs care for one another it creates a loving / caring atmosphere. The food is outstanding and even more importantly, balanced and fresh. Not canned veggies or all carbs. I am so thrilled we moved my Mom and i pray every morning that the staff does not turn over. We even love the management team. Hats of to St Andrews and all the wonderful folks that care for our loved ones when we can't be there 24/7.

EVERYONE HERE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL! From the 1st day, looking for a safe, caring place for our uncle, Jane and Jace have been so very caring and helpful!! I admit I was a little emotional and overwhelmed! They put us in touch with Nick who is equally amazing!! Together they all have found a place for both my uncle and aunt that meets all their many needs. I feel like they were working on the behalf of their own family❤❤ THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR ALL THEY HAVE DONE... THANK U❤

I'm giving One star only because of 3 specific Nurses that were great to work with, the food was good quality & the fact that I was sent a card with condolences after my mom passed away. But that's where my accolades end, my mom entered rehab here on Sept 17th and passed away on Sept 23rd. During here time here I had a mixed experience the nurses and staff were great on her first evening there, but by the next morning the flaws in the system started to show. My mom was admitted here to get here strength up to begin Chemo for late stage Cancer, we were told the Rehab center would be prepared to handle her needs & get her better. I to no exaggeration had to explain her situation to the staff daily during her stay, to the point I printed out a paper detailing what her goals were and what was going on with her. My mom couldn't hold conversations by that Sunday so I was the main point of contact. And the staff didn't inform changing shifts of any considerations for my mom. I had various grievances with her care while there listed below. 1. By that Monday my mom wasn't able to feed herself & I had to tell the staff to feed her/help her eat. My request wasn't listened to by the night shift so she didn't eat the whole night after I left. 2. Their were multiple times I walked in on my mom exposed casually, and I covered her or had to bring it up to staff. 3. If you have someone with serious health concerns don't let them be admitted over the weekend, I feel the care wasn't more adequate until the week started. They're other various things I could bring up but the main reason for this review is I think a lack of care led to my mom's death. Because she was still being given morphine while in their care and that wasn't a part of her prescriptions anymore. I found out the Tuesday that they were still giving her Morphine and I think that led to her condition worsening and by the time it was caught it was too late. The Morphine caused her to be lethargic & have diminished breathing while she was in the hospital prior to being admitted here so they removed it from her med list. And a misread lead to it being given to her during her stay. I've also tried talking with the Director of Nursing multiple times and haven't received a call back. If you have someone with serious health issues please be watchful of them and make sure the staff is doing their due diligence with care.

DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility. Meds were administered that my mom was not supposed to have. Other critical medications she needed were never given to her. The medication orders with administration times were inconsistent on the chart at her room and in the directors office. She fell and was on the floor for 3 hours with the help light on, before the nurse came in to help. No one picked up the phone all night on the skilled nursing landline or nurse’s cell phone. When her roommate went into the hallway there was someone sleeping at the nursing station. This was all within 24 hours. The Nursing Director started a meeting with us but wasn’t available to finish the meeting to fully hear and find resolution to the urgent concern. We immediately took action and arranged transport to get her to safer place. Consider a different facility for care.
