I am an Occupational therapy assistant student and needed to get some observation hours done at a children’s clinic. I was given the chance to shadow Melissa at SPGCT in Shelton who was very informative, welcoming, and great with the children she worked with both in person and over Zoom. The other staff members I encountered were very friendly and I would recommend them to any child in need of OT, PT, or speech therapy

I am a student studying speech pathology and shadowed Khalia at SPGCT over the summer! Khalia and the entire staff were great- super friendly, knowledgable, and hard-working! I recommend this place to anyone who needs speech, PT, or OT needs!!!

We are so thankful for this place! My son was having speech at school and progress was slower than we had anticipated. Here we found the answers we wish we had gotten sooner. They gave us a great referral for an ENT where some other issues were taken care of. His speech improved more in the past month than it had in the last 6 months, even his school therapist is noticing a jump in progress! They are so caring and efficient in what my child needed and gave amazing recommendations for other help and home exercises. Can’t recommend them enough!

We are thrilled with the progress of our child! The whole team has been so helpful in helping us navigate a plan between here and school. This office was highly recommended by a friend and our pediatrician, and we are looking forward to recommending it as well.

I have a multi handicapped, toddler son who requires many assessments for OT, PT, and speech. With early intervention, our pediatrician told me that my son could have incredible growth before he is school age. I had high inspirations for this facility, upon the recommendation of my son's pediatrician. I would like to say, the best part of our experience was walking out the door. The facility is overwhelming with decor, and it is very over stimulating to young children with sensory deficits. Do not traumatize your child and bring them to this facility.

Great place! Staff is very friendly and work very well with my 3 year old son. My son typically takes a long time to warm up to unfamiliar people, but he liked Krysta from the very first day. She is great!! Highly recommended

Absolutely horrific. I would expect better for a consultation for my daughter than what I experienced. I accompanied my toddler daughter, with multiple handicaps, to this facility and I was less than impressed. Instead of leaving with the facility with warm and fuzzy feelings, I left with the hair on the back of my neck sticking up. It was like when you are so angry you can't think straight, and all you try to do is keep your composure. I've decided to keep healthy boundaries and stay far away from this facility. If the owner reads this, I suggest you sit in on some of your evaluations and listen to the answers your supposed professionals tell scared parents. I almost asked for the credentials on my way out of the facility, but I was too upset to think of it.

I have 2 children that have been attending speech therapy sessions for over a year now. Both have different struggles but their therapists have been nothing short of creative with ways to keep them focused and on task while also keeping it fun. Their hours are great for working families with late hours during the week as well as Saturday appointments. They also offer physical therapy and occupational therapy services. Wonderful therapist in a great environment. Highly recommend!!
