Absolutely the best decision made! My husband suffered a stroke in June 2022, was receiving in-home therapy until discharged around April/May 2023. We needed to find a facility that would be able to offer the best services for a stroke patient. The Sigurd Center offers both physical and occupational therapy and EACH ONE of these wonderful ladies goes over and above to make sure his progress is ever evolving and reaching new goals to crush. Do we have a favorite therapist? Of course we do, but we’ll never tell, you just need to go there and find your favorite ❤️

The Sigurd Center is a magnificent outstanding amazing place. The therapist are so loving and caring with all their clients. They work hard to meet all our needs to get back to being the best we can be. You can see major improvements each day from their injuries. When l first went there l was in a wheelchair. They made sure that l got everything l needed to get back on my feet. Today l use a walker. All the aids students and therapist does an excellent job.They encourage you to reach goals and praise you when you reach a goal. The owner is a hard worker loving and caring also. They all have a big heart of gold and love for everyone. It is my second home. They are the best!!!

I served as an aide for the Sigurd Center and it was the best opportunity of my life. The therapists are some of the best therapists I have ever encountered in the field, they are so knowledgeable and have a heart for helping people to recover. Working in this facility grew my love for physical therapy and occupational therapy fields and grew my knowledge of the field as well. The environment of the patients and therapist that has been created is one of a kind and I truly cannot recommend a better place to receive care than from The Sigurd Center.

When I came to Sigurd Center, I was in a wheelchair and there I was taught how to walk again, how to dress myself and how to get back to my normal routines. They have continued to work with me for several years as I strive to adapt to a different way of life. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient and kind. Sigurd Center is a wonderful facility in which to rehabilitate.

Wonderful experience. Excellent therapist. Top notch care all around and across the board. I have been going to Kirsten and her team for over a decade. My ability to walk upright without assistance or a lump is all due to the care I have received. I will be forever grateful for them.

The Sigurd Center has been transformational in my journey. I will continue for as long as I am able. They are all incredibly well experienced and trained to address my specific needs. They have helped me reach and set more goals to keep improving.

I first met Kirsten at Health South years ago after I was in a terrible motorcycle accident. Since then, I have had to have continued physical therapy off and on due to pain as well as learning to use a prosthetic leg. I chose The Sigurd Center because I knew if I wanted to be better and succeed at my many goals, Kirsten and her staff are the best to help me get there. Her knowledge and compassion are unmatched. I mainly work with Kirsten and Chelsea but have had the pleasure of working with just about the entire staff and they have ALL been amazing at helping me reach the goals set for me to be the best, healthiest version of myself. You won’t find a better place to help with your recovery than The Sigurd Center!

The Sigurd Center has had great service the whole time I’ve been coming here. I tore my ACL last July and Chelsea has been very thorough with exercises that have helped me to become more mobile again. Thanks to them, my recovery process is going very well.
