I was treated extremely well and everyone was kind, polite and compassionate! Food was good as well. I was in the 200 hall. Jordan was really nice and Shannon and all the staff was friendly and helpful! CJ was kind as well and Valerie and Tammy very helpful, polite and kind! There were others but I apologize for lack of remembering their names. Group sessions were very helpful!

I don’t like leaving reviews no one reads them, but anyway, I am today, think about how you would feel if your brother was sent to the Sanctuary to get help because he was acting unstable your family is thinking he will be there at least 3 or 7 days he gets there and he comes home the next day, yet to terrorize the family. He tells us that all he had to do was tell Valeria he wanted to go home and she sent him home nothing else just like that. My Mom and I call and spoke with the social worker Ms. Thea we explained what happened, how my brother was physically fighting everyone she gave us a list of places in our area that would be able to help my brother, she call the places got him in one, I know that wasn’t her job because he wasn’t in there care anymore when a person helps your family and doesn’t have too is an act of kindness we can never forget… fast forward my brother is doing amazingly well he has a regular psychologist he is on his medication, has his own place and has held down steady employment for the past couple months he has bad days but he is putting the work in to get better. People paths are meant to cross and my family thanks the good Lord above for crossing our paths with Ms. Thea if your love one has to go to the Sanctuary ask for her she is a good soul and has a true heart for helping.

I loved my tech PCA Amanda. She went above and beyond caring for us all. She actually cared about us and always checked on everyone. Her kindness made a big difference. So very grateful for her passion with her job.

I was a patient in February of this year . I wanted to give my personal thanks and appreciation for Amanda Burney. She demonstrated a concern for our well being and went above and beyond to insure our needs were met. Thank you Amanda! You're the best.

My experience with sanctuary hospital was a wonderful experience. I was at a complete disadvantage on how to assist my brother( M.F) in with the assistance that he needed. It's a disheartening space to be in when you feel helpless and don't have resources. Thankfully they have a wonderful woman named theia that was an absolute God send . She helped make a way out of what seemed like was a helpless situation. She was informative and she walked us through the entire process.Thank you sanctuary hospital and Theia.

My son was admitted 10/16/24 for suicide attept, He was released on 10/28/24.On 10/29/24 around 35 hourd after his release, he was in a hotei threatening to kill himself again. We were told he was making wonderful progress. VALERIE CLARK and RUTH HILL were his "doctors". Stay clear from this place! I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option!

Amanda Burney is absolutely the sweetest and most caring person! She will go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy, and well taken care of, when she is at work.

My daddy was sent to this hospital to the physiatrics ward for two weeks. The back story is…he didn’t want anyone to change him so he would hit at them. Also he hit an another resident at the nursing home he was at although no one seen it but they said she told him he did it (all dementia patients on this floor) after two weeks of being in the hospital he had a huge blister on the heal of his foot and the beginning of one on his back right at his butt crack. When we went to visit he was always in a wheelchair (he could walk before he was sent there) like really good, he would walk all day. Okay! Now…they bring him back… he cannot walk at all. Pretty much a vegetable. All he can do is sit in a reclining wheelchair and paddle with his feet and barely can do that. He can’t feed himself anymore and shakes. They say…it’s only because he has declined not because of the hospital stay. I do not believe it! This place and all nursing homes need to have someone to go in undercover to see how these patients are really being treated. I would call every day to check on him and they would tell me that he is good and up walking around. Nope don’t believe it! They have alarms under ALL the wheelchairs and when they try to get up they make them sit back down. Just unbelievable! Please check on your people! Updated- my daddy has gained 17 pounds since leaving this place and he walked a little. But they pretty much destroyed his capability to ever walk like he did before going there. - remember he was only there two weeks
