Left work early and in a rush after being told the truck for donation pick up wouldn’t come until 130. I wasn’t there when they arrived but thankfully they came back right?! NO. Wasted my time, talking about my furniture was too big to get thru my front door and that it was stained yet that was far from any truth as I moved my own “bulky” couch into my garage on my own without adding any further damage to my front door nor the couch. Stop sending lazy lousy men to do a job they aren’t qualified nor willing to do!

Do NOT donate to the salvation army. On multiple occasions I've had the guys that pick up make simple picks up extremely difficult. They mishandle items and disregard all customer service. Trying to actually help people in need is NOT this thrift stores goal. It is making money plain and simple. Find another avenue to help the community. Anticipate your donations you're hoping to find a regular home to go to auction for profit. This thrift store is not has zero to do with bettering the common man and military.

Catching up on reviews. Was here with a thrifting group on Saturday, 04-09-22. Found some good items both for my resale business and myself. Would visit again when in the area. Those Worthington snake skin flats were new with tag.

Very clean and lots of clothing, furniture and more. Great place to visit.

Large, clean store. It was well laid-out and the items in the store were in very good condition. The store didn't smell bad, the parking area was adequate. And it was well-staffed. It seemed to have mostly furniture and clothing and less small appliance and other items. Some of the prices were a little high compared to other thrift stores outside of Atlanta (we don't live in Atlanta), but I would recommend this if in the area. Clothing seemed cheap priced. I would always recommend this over a Goodwill based on their contribution to the community.

This location is amazing! My family and I have been coming to this location for years and the store manager, Wilbur, is hands down the heart beat of the store. He always goes out of his way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and goes the extra mile for all of the customers and his staff. You can't put a price on genuine hospitality and great customer service. Compared to other thrift stores in Atlanta, the store is very clean and they bring out great inventory on a regular basis. I've also got some great deals at their daily auction too. Salvation Army is by far my favorite because they have great prices and amazing people!

Came here Wednesday it was cool had the lil 25% off me n my bf got lots of good stuff for the winter and clothes to paint on. Everything was priced really good for times rn. Tell me why I’m looking for a jacket, this older lady employee acting like she fixing clothes and starts shaking her head saying “Jesus is coming, repent and be saved”. Made me mad uncomfortable miss gurl I’m covered head to toe, but I guess my piercings and Demonia’s spooked her r sum. Besides that the other younger workers were really cool and helpful, did not try to convert me to their religion.😻

I called to donate some very nice furniture, worth thousands, to a worthy cause. The men who came to pick up the furniture were rude, would not take off their shoes so as not to track in mud on the carpet or wear booties. They said I'll need to bring the furniture out for them. The face of your employees (lazy) is the face of the Salvation Army - you're hurting yourselves. I'll find another worthy cause.
