I love everyone here! Taylor is a friendly face at the door,Casey always has a positive thing to say, and Ronni and Taylor always push me to improve and recover! The owners work hard to keep the place running smoothly. Thank you for all you do!!!Each person truly cares about the patients and their well being! Highly recommend and am grateful for their work!!!

I've been going to Ruidoso Physical Therapy Clinic since January 2023 3× a week. Taylor, Ronnie, who are the Professional therapists, Casey who is a caring assistant, have all been consistent with quality care. I feel that they take time to listen so that they know which affected areas need the most attention. I feel confident that I will reach my ultimate goal of a full recovery due to all that they do. Taylor the receptionist is spot on with her professional dealings with the patients, plus she has a winning and caring personality. I've also met the owners there, and have witnessed how hard they work to make sure the facility will meet the needs of the patients. I give them a 5 ⭐ review they deserve it. THE best physical therapy I have ever received. I am an Army combat veteran. This place is VA friendly! This was my first visit and I can say I won’t be looking anywhere else. This place is awesome! Also check out the swing suite for you golfers out there. They can set you up on their monitor and get you dialed in for upcoming golf season. If you are serious about your game or if you just want to come in with friends and have some drinks.

I never made it past the receptionist who took issue with the "high deductible" of my secondary insurance resulting in a call to her "boss" and my leaving. My insurance deductible amount should not be of their concern. Especially disheartening when this had already been discussed with Jason during their initial call to me regarding the referral appointment. I had been told during that call that I would need to make a $30 co-pay which I agreed to. At no time, even though Jason talked about my high deductible, did he say it was an issue WHICH it should not have been. Neither parking lot in Ruidoso is fitting for a full size pick-up. Now lets talk about the receptionist....I understand being on phone but just a simple hand motion of acknowledgment would have seemed reasonable. Upon completion of the call the receptionist still did not acknowledge my presence but rather stated blankly at her desk. There was never any sort of civil greeting but rather a "I need".... not once a simple greeting or a please or thank you or may I help you. If I could I would rate them a minus five due to the receptionist behavior alone. And yes I took my referral down the road to a very welcoming physical therapy location....who not only acknowledged my presence but was welcoming and pleasant.

I highly recommend the Ruidoso Physical Therapy Clinic. Their PT Technicians are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I just finished a month of therapy on Friday 4/14/2023 due to a pinched nerve which was restricting most anything I wanted or needed to do. As a result, I am now able to attend a couple very important events in Texas that I have been on the calendar for quite a while. (My daughter's wedding and subsequent Cruise). Great staff starting w/ Lydia, Angela, Jaime, Tobi, Jason, and Kevin. Professional setting w/ great physical therapy and manual therapy as well. The added touch of special Rue's and Pomade's make for a great session no matter the pain.

Knowledgeable therapist who made me feel comfortable and developed trust with me! My incontinence condition has improved drastically to where I do not have to be anxious about traveling or visiting shipping etc. Looking forward to developing all the muscle strength I need to have quality of life. Highly recommend this physical process in place of surgery!
