I walked into the Clinic experiencingi excruciating pain in my lower back. I was evaluated first by Brandi, and then by Lydia. They were both very thorough and immediately began having me start excercises and strengthening routines on their equipment. After attending therapy twice a week for over 2 months, and making sure to continue the excercises in my home on my own, I am happy to report that I can walk better, stand upright to work in my kitchen and on my remodeling projects longer, and even sit for extended periods of time without as much pain and discomfort. I was always treated with respect by both of them and their very capable office receptionist/assistant. It has been a peasure getting treated there, and I highly recommend it to anyone in pain.

I've been a patient for several years with numerous ailments as my 83 year old body ages. Highly personal attention to my needs in a clean modern facility. The therapist, Brandi, is excellent. Professional, patient and knowledgeable to guide me through the stretches and various machines to resolve all issues. I am glad Lydia opened her satellite office to save me a 25 mile drive

I have had both of my knees replaced and have gone to two different theropy places. The first one I did not like, I could see no improvement but when I came tro Ruidoso Physical Teropy things change 100%. My right knee was done first and like i expected, the first feww months were hard on me. I had trouble just standing up, because my legs were so week from the years of trying to get the VA to take care of my knees. by the time it was done, I could barely walk. But not only did Ruidoso Physical Theropy work my right leg and knee, they worked my left leg and knee also. So when the time came from my left knee to be replaced, it was only a matter of days before I was moving around with easy. Even the day after the surgery, I was doing so much better than any of the Doctor thought I would.that first day I was walking with easily ad went through the Hosipals Physical Theropy with no problems and amazed the Tech at what I could do. This was all do the Ruidoso Theropy going above and beyond by working both legs even though they were only asked by the VA to work one. the way things have turn out, I have come to the conclution that everyone should go through Physical theropy before Knee Surgeryto strenghten their legs. This will make recovery so much faster. And in my opinion Ruidoso Physical Theropy is the place to do it.
