I would give this facility 0 stars if I could. They are not truthful and have a low standard of care.

Avoiding putting your love one here they are horrible mistreating patients and lacking in compassion and everyone there thinks it is funny when they screw up this place is a joke and should be shut down

Please do not trust this place in taking care of any of your loved ones. The hospital put my grandfather in this place and they did a very horrible job in taking care of him. It hasn't been 2 months and he passed away in December. One of the staff had upset him and didn't find him till 30 minutes later dead. My aunt tried talking to the nurse and they said she's "not on the list" to talk to her. They need to be reported to the California department of health for these reasons.

They admitted my dad a couple of weeks ago. He’s been receiving the best care. I was just there last Tuesday visiting from Las Vegas. My older sister and brother live in Bakersfield and they watch after him. I want to thank everyone there for being so kind and hardworking. My father loves how much they care for him and including his roommate. Hopefully he’ll be out of there soon. Thank you again!

My father in-law was admitted to this place by the end of June as he needed rehab services while recovering from sepsis. Family members visited him 24/7 taking turns to be him at all times. During the time he was there, he was exposed to serious medical neglect even though family members were with him at all times to advocate for his needs. After 10 days of being at this place, my father in-law fainted outside of the facility while receiving dialysis treatment. Dialysis center requested emergency services and he was taken to hospital. When he arrived to the hospital, medical staff noticed a stage 4 bed wound as well as infection in his dialysis catheters. Medical staff at the center failed to recognized the severity of his wound and signs of infection. My father in-law never recovered from the bed wound he developed at this place and he died about two weeks ago. Be aware that all of this happened even though he was accompanied by his daughters at all times, day and night. Staff at the center failed to respond timely to the family’s multiple concerns which led to his death. Make the time to explore your options to find the right place. There are better places. The family filed a grievance at the center , and as of today, the center has not contacted them with a resolution.

Seen this place on the news the other day. Their residents were feeding the homeless at the shelter. One man said the facility gave him some meaning in life by offering such activities in the community. I took my kids trick or treating here. They had all their residents dressed up and sitting outside their door handing out candy. looked like a happy environment to me.
