The Rehab Group, Physical Therapy

I really want to give this place 5 stars, because the physical therapists in office and their assistants are so kind and phenomenal at what they do, I'm under Aris' care and he's the sweetest man alive, but I've been seeing them for over a year at this point and once they got a new receptionist named Lisa I'm constantly met with disrespect and impatience. No matter how I talk to her or what I say she is passive aggressive and annoyed to be talking on the phone. Maybe she should consider a different field of work if she hates talking to clients so much. Not once since she's been hired have i had a kind voice answer the phone.

I had a hip replacement and did my post-op physical therapy with Aris at The Rehab Group beginning the very next day. Aris has 30+ years of experience and offers the perfect combination of pushing you and holding back depending on your daily/weekly progress. I’ve dealt with many physical therapists in my lifetime and he is as good as they come!! The rest of the team I worked with (Liz and Adrianna) were awesome and professional. This is where you want to go for physical therapy if you’re in the Temecula area.

The Rehab Group is heads and shoulders above any other Rehab facility I’ve ever been to! Aris, my Physical Therapist, was AMAZING. His expertise and thorough explanations on my rehab experience invited me into getting the best result I could achieve from my total knee replacement. The support staff is equally attentive, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this facility enough!!!

I have recently really excellent care at the rehab group. I did PT before and after knee surgery and hip replacement. The therapist was kind and compassionate, encouraging and motivating. My therapist, Aris, provided excellent feedback so I could recover and get back to the activities that I love.

Very pleased with my physical therapy. I came in with a worker’s comp case with a shoulder injury. After my 6 week physical therapy, I feel 100% better. I was taught how to stretch with bands and still use them today to make sure a shoulder injury doesn’t happen again. Thanks Rehab Group!

The Staff is outstanding and works with you the full hour not like others. Jacob, Debbie and Kyle are caring, knowledgeable and professional people and will get you up and going. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
