Called repeatedly to get a new patient appointment. Every time I called I was told they would let the new patient scheduler to escalate my appointment. Apparently there is only one part time person who does this. After almost 2 weeks I finally get a call; at this point I had already found a competent, reliable office. Most with chronic pain do not need this added frustration. Glad I didn’t waste my time as a patient.

When you suffer chronic pain all you can ever ask for is empathy. You will definitely find that with Gemma Lopez. I have been shuffled around so much and have landed with 3 amazing doctors who listened and helped and Gemma is number 4 in the 40 + years I have suffered migraines. The staff at the clinic is always welcoming and professional as well.

1 month I have been trying to get a hold of this provider. I have left 3 voicemails, one a week and also emailed them requesting a new patient appt. And it’s been nothing. Very unprofessional. Obviously i’m seeking pain management because I am in pain. I’ll find someone else to give my money to. You can’t even answer calls for new patients, maybe I dodged a bullet then. I need a provider that actually responds and would take my care seriously.

They have worked with me over the past few years to mitigate as much of my chronic pain as they can. Dr. Yelevarthy and Gemma Lopez are compassionate and willing to listen. I would recommend this office to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Dr. Yelavarthi and his entire staff really are a 5 star service. Efficient, courteous, friendly and attentive. I am so glad to be part of their clientele.

Gemma Lopez is a PA my husband and I recently started going to. She is very pleasant and caring.. answers all questions, or finds out the answer if she doesn't know the answer.. she's very knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with the care I received at the Regional Pain Institute. My lower back causes me great pain but it is aggravated by "arthritis of the body." Gemma spends a lot of time with me so she knows my body and what helps. Along with her; I highly recommend the doctors and the other staff wholeheartedly.
