My first time coming here and using the infrared sauna and I loved it! I chose the detoxification option and listened to my choice of music while I relaxed. I’ll be back for another session and to try other therapy options!

Miquela bent my knee too far, started with a gentle stretch, then put her whole body weight down in one motion with no warning. . Caused me to have a total knee replacement. When my knee snapped, she said thanks for sharing and continued the massage. She shouldn't be practicing.

I had a therapeutic massage treatment for a pain in my hip that I've had for far too long. Ashley was very patient with my lack of memory about past pains or discomfort. She was very knowledgeable and professional. After my appointment, my hip has felt so much better. It is not completely gone, but I have an appointment to go back to see her again!

AMAZING!!! No regrets. I will definitely be back. This was my first massage. I was so nervous, but Courtney’s kindness and professionalism really helped me face my fear. It was so worth every penny too! I feel like a whole new woman! I work a desk job. Courtney noticed tension in all the places without me telling her anything! She was so well educated and knowledgeable. She focused on the neck and shoulders where I was the most stiff and worked her way into areas of my back that were super sensitive to the touch. She was gentle, thorough, and very professional. I can’t wait to come back and bring my husband with me!

I recently visited The Recovery Room and used and Infrared Sauna and had an hour massage by Courtney. The business was very clean, peaceful and quiet. The employees were very accommodating and polite and worked to ensure that I had everything I needed. The massage was great and she really focused on problem areas and told me about exercises I can do at home to alleviate discomfort. I look forward to returning.

I had a MRI that showed I had several bulging disks. I wanted to start therapy and with the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment for a massage with Ashley and felt so much better. It was amazing how much better my hip felt after the massage. I still feel that way every time I get put of the car or get up in the morning. I am very grateful. I booked my next massage with Courtney and enjoyed a 90-minute massage. I will be booking massages now every month at least.
