We held our daughters Third birthday at the play clinic ❤️ Sirena is wonderful and made sure we had a comfortable and fun atmosphere for the kiddos. She made every effort possible to make sure all were happy and having a fun time. Having a child with autism can prove to be challenging when going to establishments, not all truly understand the accommodations that one with autism may need, but at the play clinic, I do not have to worry about a thing, and my daughter can be herself, in a safe environment💕

My son has made so much progress after feeding therapy with Sirena! She is amazing with parent training and has taught me how to work around his feeding issues to ensure he is getting what he needs. We are so excited to start speech services with her soon!

First year of having my son seen was phenomenal. It was a beautiful experience. However there were a lot of changes made and things went downhill fast. My son was having in home visits for a bit and things were ok. But there was one day where everything went horrible. My son was seeing Serena for speech therapy and he does have issues regulating his emotions. He was seeing the occupational therapist Kelly to help navigate. Keely was amazing she took to cristisim very well and adjusted very quickly to our parenting techniques and how we help our son cope. Serena came over for one of our weekly sessions and because my son was not communicating because he was eating chips she took the chips from him to I guess encourage him to speak. This made him very frustrated and irate. He had a meltdown. Kicking hitting screaming crying etc. It was rough I'll be the first to admit. I'm not sure if Serena just was unsure how to navigate it or what but she proceeded to try and restrain him and force him to sit down. I allowed it because I understand trying to set boundaries with your kids and not letting them run all over you. Eventually after a while of him crying screaming etc I offered him juice to calm him down. She then took the juice from him and he started all over again and the whole tirade commenced again. I then tried to redirect him to play hungry hippos with his brother. His brother stole some of the little balls from him. My son got upset again and snatched them back from his brother. Serena corrected my son and told him to give them back to his brother. Which ensued another meltdown. Our entire session was spent trying to restain and force him to sit down. The following morning my son had bruises on his arms and I realized the extent of the situation. This day was our last day seeing Serena. We saw Kelly still after this incident. We soon decided as parents that our son needed a break to recover from this. When Kelly would come over my son was still showing signs of anxiety and crying and very emotional for a few weeks after it was like he was scared and he was just so sad. I saw a change in him and I didn't like it and so we discontinued our services. I'm not sure what happened and why things went the way they did this day but I was very upset about our experience and during our time away Kelly was fired so there was truly no need for us to go back to continue services. Like I said in the beginning prior to this things were amazing. We had been seeing Serena over a year and she had made so much amazing progress with our son. But this incident changed everything. And I'm very sorry it went this way. I haven't posted a review until now because I was scared but I truly feel I need to speak up for my son and share our experience so others may be wary.

After looking for a suitable feeding therapist for my one year old daughter who refused to try and eat solids, Sirena was wonderful and very patient with her! Took a while for our baby girl to eat but we finally succeeded and happy to see she enjoys eating what we eat at home now. Highly recommend!

This place has been our second home! My son absolutely loves coming here for therapy. They make us feel like part of the family. We have seen so much progress in our son since we started. Would recommend to anyone!!

I’ve had the best experience with Sirena helping my son show progress with his speech. In just 4 short months my little one went from 1-2 word phrases to 4-5 word phrases. He learned to express his needs and wants and seems like so much of a happier boy now that he can articulate his thoughts. Thank you Sirena !

I took my son here. They don't keep Therapist moved my son to random therapist in one year. Treat your child like a number not a person. They eventually kicked my son out and offered a waiting list. Like his needs didn't matter don't waste your time.

Highly recommended for speech, occupational, and physical therapy. The environment and therapists really set my sons at ease. My oldest usually takes a long time to warm up to new people but by his second session he was already opening up. Miss Sirena even offered to put both of my children who need therapy in an appointment together before I even asked. Ms. Farrah is very knowledgeable and professional yet warm. Ms. Gabby is also very knowledgeable and respectful of my baby's needs. She has a calming demeanor and is my baby's best friend 🤣. Mrs. Kim has gone above and beyond to be at the clinic for my 4 month old son when she was not obligated to do so, and the change she has made in is life is drastic.
