My mother in law was at The Pines for about 7 months. She loved it there and loved the people too. Everyone from maintenance, cleaning, food service, nursing staff, physical therapy staff, doctor's and office staff were very helpful. They got her back to using a walker instead of the wheelchair. She loved to participate in all the activities. She made friends with staff and residents. Loved the food and the fact that there was a priest that came for mass and communion. I was handling her financials and Nicole was very helpful. She kept me sane. We appreciate all that was done for my mom. Her being at The Pines gave us a chance to just be family. I'm sad to say mom passed away on October 29th. Thank you for being there for her and taking good care of her.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful nursing staff on the first floor that cared for my Mom. The kindness shown to my Mom and family members was unbelievable as my Mom lived out her last days there. A huge thank you to Debbie (RN) who literally laid beside my Mom after she had a seizure to make her feel safe until I got there. I will be eternally grateful for her compassion and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart:)

I was very impressed on my first visit.Everyone had a Hello and were friendly. I was visiting on the 3rd floor. I saw compassion for the patients. Lisa went beyond to make us comfortable when we went outside to sit.

The Pines is a lovely place to send your loved one. The staff were very kind and pleasant to be around. They are attentive and take good care of the individuals there and the halls and rooms were cleaned well.

My mom has been at The Pines almost 3 years now. She has always been happy there and everybody (residents and staff) loves her. Her roommate is so sweet too. Unfortunately my mom has taken a turn for the worse and is now in hospice care. I’m thankful she is able to stay at The Pines and in her room. I’m not saying everything is perfect but what facility is? Overall her care has been satisfactory and I’m glad she is at The Pines. The recreational department is always doing activities and bringing in entertainment for the residents. My mom always enjoyed going to everything before she got sick.

Went to visit my uncle today and was so delighted to talk to him because he was so happy - kept talking about how much he loved living there and how all the nurses are so nice to him. Said he’s not lonely anymore and feels safe there…… made my day. Thank you
