I have been going to PHYT Collective for my physio needs since the summer of 2020….Dr. Ashley and her team are highly talented. They are at the cutting edge of the latest techniques and always bringing new thinking and innovative solutions for more complex situations in addition to giving great care for routine situations. The team is very friendly, professional and will work in partnership with the medical professionals that may form your medical support team, helping you to advocate and get great medical care. I cannot recommend this team highly enough for all your physio needs. (And don’t miss the workshops they put on for clients).

I started seeing Ashley at PHYT for a running injury that I’ve had off and on for years. Her expertise is unmatched and I now no longer get the same injury. She’s helped me perform better and has taught me how to take care of my body to maintain my fitness. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made. I wish that i made that decision sooner. Also, beyond the expertise and multiple methods the PHYT offers, it’s convenient and easy to book. They are amazing!

The PHYT Collective is a Top Notch physical therapy and sports medicine facility. They approach recovery from surgery and injury from multiple points of view; looking at the mechanics of the entire body. This allows them to provide exercises and physiological feedback that exceeds most standard care. In addition, they also provide Dry Needling and have in house Personal Trainers to meet all levels of sport and physical rehabilitation. All of their physical therapists are excellent; personally I have had great experiences with Ashley, Rachel, and Dana, but have also heard good things about Carly. You can't go wrong with any of their personnel and would allow them to best guide you to a physical therapist that best fits your injury needs.

PHYT Collective is the best! I discovered it through some friends and absolutely love Carly who is my PT. One thing I LOVE about PHYT is that your PT will take the entire hour focusing on you rather than multitasking multiple patients. I find this particularly helpful especially when doing the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. This place is OON, but it’s absolutely worth it and provides statements for you to reimburse with your insurance. Could not recommend this place more!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I’ve received from PHYT and particularly Ashley Speights. After suffering a debilitating shoulder Injury during Covid and after having a baby, Ashley’s expertise and compassionate approach quite literally gave me movement again. Ashley’s dedication is unparalleled and I’m so grateful for her and the entire team.

I have loved working with Dana so much and recommend her to anyone with challenging hip issues. I also love the vibe of the Collective—it has a real community feel. I especially appreciate the evening sessions they have every few months where they bring in experts to discuss a range of health subjects.

Carly and Rachel have been instrumental in identifying ways for me to strengthen and improve my form for long term health and exercise. This goes for the entire PHYT team when I say their kind energy, active listening, and attention to detail has been nothing but an enjoyable experience!

Ashley Speights has been my go-to physical therapist since she founded The PHYT Collective and for a decade prior to that. Ashley’s highly intuitive manual therapy skills and functional dry needling expertise provide an extraordinarily effective combination for treating a wide range of orthopedic issues, including chronic pain. I also have had an opportunity to work with two of her colleagues at The PHYT Collective, including Dana Logan and Carly Hampton, who are also highly-skilled practitioners. One of the unique aspects of The PHYT Collective is its on-site collaboration with a team of post-rehabilitation personal trainers, led by Janaye Dzikewich, who I have worked with for several years and is terrific. I enthusiastically recommend Ashley and her entire team!
