The Physio Shop Clinic

If you are a person needing great PT or training I highly recommend The Physio Shop. With their great care and therapy I have been able to truly be ready for and enjoy amazing outdoor activities like hiking and rafting in the Grand Canyon!!

Absolutely the best therapists in Flagstaff if not the state. Their knowledge of the body and how to best work specific areas in order to get back to a normal daily life is outstanding. I wouldn't suggest any other provider for physical therapy. The Physio Shop - Flagstaff, it's ownership and staff are top notch

If you need amazing PT, The Physio Shop is the way to go. I was put through some tough training that got me to where I needed to be and it helped. Amazing people that know what they are doing!

5 stars all the way! Both sides of the business, PT and physio training, are amazing and work together to maximize your progress and minimize any issues. Started out on the PT side with a torn rotator cup and then a hip issue I thought would sideline me forever. A few months with PT and transitioned to the Physio side. My husband goes as well and it's truly an investment in health, safety and aging even if there are times I leave with jelly legs. Can't say enough great things about them so I'm just leaving it here.

Despite all the great reviews, I have to leave an honest one. Scheduling my first visit was a challenge, I tried calling on multiple days with no answer, it took me going in person to be able to talk to someone. After a couple of months of going twice weekly, I can say that one-on-one sessions were the exception not the norm; most times my therapist was splitting their time between me and at least one other client. I passed around to 3 different therapists during this time. I repeatedly asked for printed instructions to take home so I could do the daily exercises I was told to do, but the best I got was a scribbled post-it note. The therapy itself seemed to be pre-packaged generic routines, not tailored to the physical issues I was experiencing at the time. I’m sure they are doing their best, but it seems they are the victim of their own success. I ended up switching to a different physical therapy clinic and it’s like night and day.

Jason and his crew at Physio Shop were awesome. They helped me get back on the football field in no time while challenging and strengthening areas that I hadn’t before. This in result has only had positive effects on my performance on the field.

Surprise billing is not funny. Apparently the physioshop did not have a billing company for months and was not doing patient billing. So great (not) to get a bill for services over a year ago. The new billing company who took over end of 2023 is “cleaning up the mess” per their staff. Money is tight for everyone, this is not good business beware Flagstaff. Update: After this review was received by the physio shop this issue was rectified and the money I paid was recovered. This is appreciated, so I changed the star rating to “3” as I believe there was still onus for better communication to customers and would have taken the surprise of this stressful situation of coming up with extra money a year later easier to deal with if options were given before the billing came to the client.

Jason Dorsch and his great team took care of my lower lumbar issues by training and building body back up to what it needed to be. It's kept me running and doing the things I love without worry of having surgery. Any time I need them they are there for me.
