Fantastic care! I came in for knee pain while weight lifting and lingering problems from a long ago broken ankle. What I gained at TPR was so much more beyond pain resolution. Increased strength, balance and confidence in my favorite sports: rowing and biking. Plus I haven't run/jogged in >14 years years and I have been able to add running back to my repertoire. I even had the confidence to run 5K on a lark recently ....a lark that I could never considered for the past 14 years :) Yay! Proprioception! Thanks TPR!

Finding Dr.Brooke and The Physio Revolution is a force to look into. The care, exercises, focused follow up has been a path of improvement; weekly. I have been amazed at how the repetitive exercises are taking me to better and better movement; with more and more ease. Do the work, get results. The best choice.

As a super active person I deal with nagging injuries quite frequently so when I felt a little ankle pain while training for an ultra marathon, I thought nothing of it and tried to train through it. Few weeks later I couldn’t even run at all. Finally, I decided to get some help and found The Physio Revolution. Everyone I met at TPR had a super positive caring energy that made every visit very enjoyable. After the head to toe assessment Hannah and the team had found the problem areas and set me up with a plan to get me back to my training as soon as possible. Within a few weeks, I was back to running and strengthening all the imbalances they found in my legs. Thanks to Hannah and the TPR team I just completed my first ultra marathon. If you are searching for amazing physical therapists with great energy, look no further than the lovely team at The Physio revolution!

I had been 'dealing with' pain in my back and knees for years, thinking that my genetics dealt me those cards. Prior to a long-distance, remote trek, I wanted to make sure that my knees were up to the challenge and perhaps get a few exercises. What I have found over the past 8 months of working with Dr. Sarah is that I don't have to put up with the pain and I can use targeted exercise to help me be as active as I want. I appreciate how well Sarah listens, asks questions, and carefully observes prior to creating my next exercise set(s)... and I love each new video Sarah sends me, making sure I remember the specific cues for the exercises we practiced in session. I'm happy to report that I did the entire trek, and not only were my knees up to it, I had NO pain. We've moved on to other goals, but continue to work on the core issues: hip strength and mobility. Not only is Dr. Sarah a great PT, she is a great human. I look forward to every session.

I have been on a journey since I started going to The Physio Revolution. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am always searching for ways to improve my health. My knee issues started 5 years prior. I went the usual route of getting x-rays and an MRI. Images revealed two meniscus tears and a Baker’s cyst. I was given traditional physical therapy exercises to do at home with little results. I then decided to get a stem cell injection from a Denver sports medicine doctor. After 5 months the pain was gone, and I was happy. Five years later my other knee developed pain to the point that I couldn’t hike more than 3 miles (since I retired, hiking is my thing), otherwise I was in too much pain. So, I had a stem injection in that knee. Five months later I was still in pain despite this knee having fewer issues than the original knee. I did more traditional physical therapy at a clinic, but the pain did not resolve. By this time the sports medicine doctor’s office was unresponsive to my issue. I didn’t know what to do at that point. Were my hiking days over? Just about that time I saw Dr. Brooke’s video on Facebook. I was leery. Could I really trust a FB ad? I looked up The Physio Revolution website. It looked legit and since they offered a free discovery call and examination, I figured I didn’t have anything to lose. It turned out to be the most comprehensive and informative exam I ever had. Dr. Sarah explained that my issue wasn’t really my knee, but my hip alignment and ankle which made sense the way she explained it. During the first 3 months my progress was slow, and I was worried. Dr. Sarah reassured me we were on the right path. Within another couple of weeks, I did see and feel a lot of improvement. I rarely have pain at this point, but in addition to my knee issues we’ve also been able to address tendon issues in my hand which led to a trigger finger and the Golfer’s elbow I developed, plus recurring pain I had in my right scapula area. These have all been resolved with Dr. Sarah’s help. The videos they send to you after each appointment with your practitioner demonstrating any new exercises they have assigned to you are invaluable. Dr. Sarah also went the extra mile when I told her I signed up for a hiking trip in Crested Butte last summer. I knew I would have to train for the longer hikes and the elevation gains, but I had never trained for anything before and had no idea to how to go about it. She offered to set up a training schedule for me (did I mention she’s quite an athlete?). With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to complete 4 hikes in 4 days that ranged from 6.5 miles to 10 miles. The ten-mile hike started at 10,000 ft. and rose to 12,000 ft. I’d never done a hike this strenuous ever. It felt like quite an accomplishment at 64 years old. I know I could not have done it without Dr. Sarah’s guidance and commitment to helping me heal. Healthwise, working with The Physio Revolution team is one of the best health decisions I’ve made. The treatments are so personalized, I will never go back to a traditional PT practice that doles out generic exercises. I continue to work with Dr. Sarah to keep my body in condition so I can keep tackling hikes twice a week. I’ve taken a couple of falls on the ice this winter, but each time I have been able to get right back up on my feet. Without this conditioning, I doubt that would happen. The whole team at TPR is super friendly, helpful, and makes you feel like you are a part of something more than just a PT place you show up for your PT appointment. The practice has a positive vibe, and everyone talks to you, not at you. They are happy to answer any questions and make you feel like you and your health matter. I am so glad I stumbled upon this practice. I feel sorry for people that don’t know this type of health care exists.

A year ago I broke my shoulder into 4 pieces and the repair required a plate and many screws. I was concerned I would never ski, kayak or climb again. But Hannah with TPR has me back in the mountains doing all the things I love along with some new ones. I will turn 50 this year and am celebrating by testing the limits of this shoulder.

The crew at TPR is top notch! I came in with a very nagging hip problem and after many weeks of work and help from the team, I was discharged feeling great! Highly recommend!

3 years ago I was having difficulty walking stairs with a “bad” knee from an old injury. Traditional medical care only would say knee replacement put I wasn’t happy with that, so I search for alternatives and found Physio Revolution. Working with Dr Regan was wonderful and so very helpful. I can still walk stairs and recently enjoyed the cobblestone streets and many steps of France and Germany. Their approach works wonders!
