The Physical Therapy Institute - West View

I don’t even know where to begin to say how amazing The Physical Therapy Institute - West View is! I went there for on going issues with my shoulder/neck from a previous car accident and Cynthia is absolutely AMAZING!!! The whole team is amazing! Mike is super helpful and friendly Brittany at the front desk is so helpful and friendly! I felt like after years of going to other places for physical therapy with other issues I finally found a places that truly cared about the patient and listens to what they say and works with them on the issue to better them! They truly gave you the attention that was needed one on one. The friendless of the staff is so refreshing as they are just so happy, friendly, and just make you laugh! I felt like I was able to get a lot more out of PT here than any other physical therapist place I have been to previously! Thank you all for such amazing help and for everything you did for me and do for everyone each and every day! 😊

Elena, Cynthia, and Brittany are exceptional. While there have been some staffing changes over the last couple months, these three have kept a high level of service and a great atmosphere. This morning I heard two other patients praise these three for their work and the relief of pain that they have felt being in their care. For me, recovering from ACL surgery it has been very daunting but the team here at PTI West View has helped me so much on my journey to full recovery. A+, come to this location to get well!

I had a disc flare-up, and this place helped me out tremendously! Elena and Cynthia gave me a great exercise routine I can do at home, and I already feel myself getting stronger. The atmosphere they created made the experience enjoyable, and I’m grateful for their support.

Mike and his team are super knowledgeable about their field. They all take the time to get to know you individually so that they can best serve what you are there for. I have been dealing with multiple hip fractures and muscle issues around the hips, Mike and his team not only have helped me to gain strength, but have given suggestions and support on how to find the reasoning behind my issues. Everyone there asks about my progress every time I walk in there! This is personal therapy not a pt factory like most places are.

The staff is incredible at working with you at YOUR pace. They maintain patience and understand every body is different and needs to heal differently. I’m very glad I have chosen them for my PT care.

I was recovering from a broken ankle and a bad sprain. Mike took time to evaluate and had good exercises to help regain my strength. Cynthia was also wonderful. The entire office was such a positive place and everyone was warm and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone!!! Thanks for all you did for me!

Due to a shoulder issue, I attended PTI West View for a few months during the summer. From beginning to end my experience was incredible. Mike did an excellent job catering to my specific needs and concerns. Cynthia worked with me as well and certainly is an asset to the organization. The woman who works the front desk (name escapes me) was super patient with my propensity to arrive 5 minutes late. For the first time in my life I actually looked forward to attending physical therapy sessions. The knowledgeable approach and professionalism coupled with an incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes this place a must for your physical therapy needs.

Excellent team. Well trained. In six weeks went from having a very difficult time walking to pain-free. Cynthia was great! Would highly recommend them.
