The Physical Therapy Institute- Warrendale

I had a wonderful experience at the Physical Therapy Institute in Warrendale. Thank you to Kelly, Bryce, and the rest of the team for helping me recover from my back injury. Anita, the receptionist, was very kind and accommodating with appointment scheduling as well. I would highly recommend coming to PTI not only to learn helpful stretches/exercises, but also for their encouraging and supportive nature.

The Physical Therapy Institute is a terrific place for all your therapy needs. It starts with Anita, the receptionist who greets you with a smile and discusses some personal paperwork that needs to be filled out for the staff and insurance company. She then introduces you to some of the people who you will be working with. From there it’s a breeze. They are friendly, professional, caring and sincerely interested in your health issue. This is my second experience with the Institute and I would recommend it to anyone. Kelly and Emily will treat you just like they treated me.

I am a returning client at PTI Warrendale for two different injuries, 5 years apart ! The first one was a shoulder injury and just recently a knee meniscal repair and both my experiences here have been nothing less than amazing ! I had my fair share of doubts with my recovery as it was long and at times challenging but the team at PTI worked hard to get me better and stronger each day ! Kelly is outstanding - very knowledgeable ,skilled and encouraging ! He is so ably supported by his wonderful team consisting of Emily and Tyler and ofcourse the absolutely wonderful Anita who handles all check-ins and appointments so smoothly and is always warm and welcoming . The easy camaraderie between everyone and the fun ,lively atmosphere make therapy so much more efficient and enjoyable ! Thank you so much PTI- you guys are awesome !!

The Warrendale PTI location was very nice, well equipped and the team was very helpful when I had recent knee issue. I enjoyed my therapy sessions there and the exercises helped rebuild strength and mobility. It was a pleasure working with Tyler and Emily, they addressed my concerns and cared about my treatment. I would recommend PTI to others and will return as needed.

The entire staff at The Physical Therapy Institute-Warrendale was nothing short of amazing (friendly, helpful, knowledgeable)! Tyler was patient and kind and worked with me to diagnose and resolve the vertigo issues I was experiencing. I have nothing but positive things to say and will highly recommend the location to any friends in search of a physical therapist. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Tyler was absolutely amazing. I needed two people to help me walk into physical/vestibular therapy and with Tyler’s expertise, patience and compassion I was able to walk out on my own 4 weeks later. His skill set was second to none. The entire staff was friendly and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone!! I can’t thank Tyler enough!!!!

Outstanding team. Diagnosed my issue correctly, came up with an excellent plan. 4 workout sessions and my back shoulder blade problem was much better. Now a month later it’s totally good. The bonus is they are really nice people, super social and fun. Highly recommend this team’.

Kelly, Tyler and Emily are truly an Amazing Team! I can’t imagine how I would have gotten through the last 6 months without their help! They have literally helped me to walk again! If you need a helpful guiding hand in your recovery this is the place to go!
