The Physical Therapy Institute- Mount Lebanon

Everyone has been so helpful from the start despite my not being the easiest patient! I couldn't have gotten so far in my recovery without the personalized attention I received early on and continously, even longer than anticipated. AT PTI, it's a team effort and I'd highly recommend to anyone else needing PT to go there (and I already have)! If I had to have my leg bent again (which I certainly hope I never do!), I certainly wouldn't trust anyone else!

Therapists are knowledgeable and concerned for their patients. They clearly explain the process and goals of treatment. The Therapy itself is very effective. It's easy to make appointments. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend them highly.

Worked with John the PTA he’s really great. Always up beat and willing to go the extra mile. The PTAs were all good to work with. In my opinion, the rehab management plan isn’t focused for a return to sport, but rather if you’re older or less active to return to a low or medium impact life style.

I was helped greatly by Heather and the others at PTI in Mt. Lebanon. It’s a great place to receive the physical therapy that is needed after and before surgery.

I made the choice to receive therapy at the Physical Therapy Institute - Mt Lebanon after my knee reconstruction and do not regret it one bit. On my visits I received treatment from therapists Heather, John, and Marie, all who were very professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about my complete and successful recovery. I’ve been to other places in the past for treatment because of prior injuries, but if I ever need treatment again PTI - My Lebanon will be my choice from now on. Thank you all

Everyone here (from receptionist, administrators, surgeon, and physical therapists) is well-trained, pleasant and professional. My daughter came back twice for difference things and our experience has always been the best.
