First visit today for treatment of vertigo. The front staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Vaughan and Robin evaluated and treated my mom and were compassionate, very thorough with their exam and intake, and extremely knowledgeable. They were gentle with my Mom and explained exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you so much!

Robin is phenomenal. She is caring and extremely knowledgeable. She knows how to push me further than I thought I was capable of, while still being extremely in tune with what is too much for me. Robin has been doing Vestibular therapy with me as well physical therapy. All of the staff at this facility are very kind and pleasant to be around. Honestly can not recommend Robin enough. She is the best therapist I have ever worked with.

I had a triple hit concussion and after home confinement for 3 weeks needed a really good vestibular therapist. What I ended up with was Robyn, a great vestibular therapist that over the past 5 months has done a phenomenal job of reducing or eliminating my symptoms and more importantly recommending follow ups with other specialists to address ear and vision issues that were affecting my recovery rate. The rest of the staff is just as good and I strongly recommend them.

Kudos to Robin! She is excellent at relieving pain and stiffness. Her massage is especially effective. Employees like her are a credit to your organization Joel

I've been to at least five physical therapy centers in Rockland over the past decade and this is far and away the best: it's clean and well-organized, and the staff (front desk and therapists) is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was never left stranded between activities as I was so often at other places. The "gym" is also nice--surrounded by trees on two sides, with natural light.

I have to be honest with you after meeting with Dr Pavel (who made me feel so comfortable that we would be able to take care of my problem) I started my morning with a 7am appointment today and what a treat it was to be greeted by Sonia. She was up with an amazing personality at 7am which was so refreshing. I continued through my treatments and each and everyone of the specialists were nicer than the next. I had such a great experience and all the treatments felt dead on. I am very confident I will get through this problem and I am certainly in the right hands!!! Thanks to the whole team!!

I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I recommend against seeing Dr. Andrew Hall for any medical needs. My experience with this physician was beyond terrible and left me traumatized. Not only was Dr. Hall abusive and prejudiced towards me, but he also violated my rights as a patient. HIPAA laws give patients the right to protect their privacy, and Dr. Hall and his staff completely disregarded my wishes when they demanded to take my picture. Dr. Hall's behavior during the examination was unprofessional and outright abusive. When I asked him to close the door for privacy, he exploded in anger and began screaming at me. As a woman and person of color, I felt extremely intimidated and threatened by his behavior. It was clear that his actions were driven by his prejudiced views and sexist attitudes. This experience was so traumatic for me that I had to seek therapy afterward. I cannot recommend against seeing Dr. Andrew Hall strongly enough. He is not only a poor physician but also an abusive and prejudiced individual who violated my rights as a patient. Even one star is too generous for Dr. Hall. Please avoid him at all costs.
